Terrible apartment. I've been living here for 5 months now and the apartment has legit been falling apart. We have reached out to maintenance multiple times and received no help. We have tried to get help from the managers but there's are the worst there. They are so rude and do not care that we are living with legit bugs. DO NOT MOVE HERE NO MATTER WHAT THEY SHOW YOU. Our kitchen looked perfectly fine and now we have 3 drawers missing and cabinets sitting on our counter.

Honestly don’t live here. There is zero communication between the staff or the residents. My roommate and I had a concern about our rent and after calling 8 times (collectively), writing several emails, they never answered us back and found out the majority of the staff quit and told none of the residents according to an employee who told me”I don’t know anything about that they all quit and today’s my last day”. This is a great place to live no matter your age or family size., handicap or not. Staff is responsive and courteous. Maintenance personnel ,Steven, Mike ,Jason are polite and listen to my maintenance needs.. All the office staff greet me with a smile when I stop by for a need or just a quick chat . I am always treated with respect and courtesy .

Moving here has been such a breath of fresh air with things I’ve been going through personally. I worked with Aaliyah through the process and may I just say she is just the sweetest thing through this journey. She took me through multiple apartments and just took her time and was patient with me. Made everything a smooth and flawless process. This place and community has brought me so much peace from the office staff, to the maintenance guys and even my neighbors.

My biggest complaint here is noise! My neighbors on all sides are noisy. I have three college girls who like to party on one side. They have a dog that barks constantly at night waking my 1 year old at all hours of the night. On the other side is another neighbor with a dog that barks anytime it sees someone outside. The people underneath me you… can literally hear every word of their conversations. As I’m writing this they are yelling loudly and slamming doors and banging. We asked to move to a different unit and we’re told our rent was going to go up $200...we’ve made

You can literally hear everything and I’ve sent in four noise complaints and they haven’t done anything about it. Last night two of our brand new frames we hung up fell off the walls and shattered everywhere because the people above us were stomping so hard at 1am. They don’t do anything about it after sending in so many complaints.

Looking for an apartment complex that meets my many specific (picky,some would say) must-haves makes for a long and arduous search for the perfect apartment. The Club at Danforth is by far the BEST apartments on my list. The Responsive Management and leasing staff, especially Aaleyah, graciously answered my many questions and kept a very friendly demeanor, even laughing (bless her) at my jokes throughout our conversation. We love our little home. We had the best staff help us.
Mrs. Jennifer and Aaleyah were so helpful and patient (my husband and I had frequent questions lol). We have the B2 floor plan, which is also right next to the lake. The selling point on our apartment was the lakeside view which is BEAUTIFUL.
We personally don’t have issues with parking. Been… living here 1 month now. My sister accidentally put a big hole in our wall the first week living here. They were out and fixed it within a few days! They were super nice about it. Our garbage disposal got fixed day of when we called. My

Amazing office staff, beautiful spacious apartments, and awesome maintenance staff! The amenities are well kept and there is something for everyone. Many complexes do not have basketball courts, but this one does! My children love the playground, basketball court, and pool. The location is another huge plus for us! I couldn't be happier with our choice and thank you to the staff for making the move so smooth!

Worst complex in Jacksonville! Parking is a nightmare. Have watched others back right into other cars because everyone parks all across the curbs on both sides. They don’t take care of the back of the buildings that face the woods. Took 7 months to get them to slowly clean up. Management is crap. Spiders and roaches are impossible to keep out. The… worst, mold growing in ac ducts. Me and my kids were sick for months. They told us to get a dehumidifier. Once we pushed, they happily let us leave with no penalty. Once insurance got involved and payed for us to live in hotels till we figured

I love this place, quiet, professional staff, all my neighbors are nice people. I love the vibe and atmosphere when you just walk around the place. The community involvement is unlike any other complex’s. And of course the apartments are beautiful... only one thing I would change- Parking! I now use Uber most nights to avoid losing a parking spot.
