My experience with Michael was above and beyond. Michael takes his time throughout the entire process to assure he is able to find anything that may be of concern within his inspection. Michael also explains in detail everything he finds, so you are educated on the issues. I learned so much from Michael during my inspection. His report is very detailed and easy to read. I highly recommend using Michael!

Mike is hands down one of the most knowledgeable and detail oriented professionals in this industry. As a first time homebuyer, I bombarded him with questions and making sure all my Is were crossed and Ts were dotted (I’m sure to the point that he wanted to duct tape my mouth shut). Mike took over 3 hours walking me through room by room and appliance by appliance explaining the ins and outs of everything.
