Not all contact lens fittings are the same because not all eyes have the same shape. I highly recommend Lenza. I came in on a Saturday thinking I had gotten something in my eye. After the physician assistant couldn't find anything, she brought in one of the opthamologists. He used a special dye to locate a growth on my eye that had produced a tiny calcium particle. He delicately removed it.
They were courteous, thorough, caring, and very professional.

Adequate eye exams. I had an appointment and after checking in there was <5min wait before I was taken to the exam room. The exam was thurough and timely. I had an eye exam for glasses and contacts. After the exam I wasn't pressured to purchase either contacts, nor glasses. I didn't have to ask for my prescription, they happily printed it for me. I have been to lenza twice over 2 years and have had the same eye doctor each visit.

The doctor and everyone on the office was wonderful! After a horrible experience with cataract surgery at another eye specialist. This was my 2nd opinion and this is the only office that I will be going back to for my eye needs!! Everything was explained to me in complete detail!!! Wonderful doctor!!!!!

Called today for an emergency appointment that I scheduled online first, called to confirm. All was good until I mentioned I was from California, and traveled up to Tualatin to visit my sister. The receptionist placed me on hold and when she picked back up, she stated "my manager said we can't see you because you're from California." She explained that because of COVID-19, I would not be seen. She didn't ask where I lived in California, how long I've been in Oregon, offer any additional solutions (e.g., me emailing my prescription over), or if I'd been tested

I'm giving Lenza and Genevieve 5 stars. My son has a very high prescription and a wide head. She must have spent over an hour the first time we were there trying to find something that he would like. We found something but due to his prescription the glasses would have been to heavy. Genevieve spent another 45 minutes with him helping him select a new frame.
The wait to receive the glasses was one week and we're having to wait again but it's okay because they took great care of us.

I was in a pinch needing a contact to get me through the weekend till I could see my primary optometrist on Monday. With only a few minutes till they closed I went in with desperation hoping they could help me out. I gave the nice lady behind the counter my prescription and she was able to find me my exact contact in a temporary. Yea! She had saved my weekend! I think I'm going to switch my primary.

"We can't see you on your scheduled appointment Saturday because you've rescheduled too many times ". It's obvious this place isn't for you if you have a family and work schedule changes sick kids family emergencies etc. etc.We've been going here since 2015 they just lost a family of five because they are irritated that someone has to change their appointment.

A very professional place and the staff are really nice and helpful.
Initially, I went to a different eye center to get my glasses fixed, but they couldn't fix them (claimed it wasn't possible). I decided to try Lenza, to see if they could fix my seemingly impossible to fix glasses. They fixed them in 5 minutes!

No impressed. Nice doctor and eye exam, but customer service is very left much left to be desired. Came in on a Saturday, was quoted pricing, and came back Sunday to fill glasses and the gal acted like I had intruded and kept saying "this is weird" that she couldn't find the note that was supposed to be left for her, definitely wasn't expecting me , and made it seem like she couldn't fill my glasses that day, and later said she could. Then she said the quote was wrong and it turned out it was $60+ more dollars then the $80.00 I was quoted just the night before. Not stellar

Tiffany was very knowledgeable and did a great job of listening to my needs and hitting on all of my key points and answering all of my questions.
The selection of frames was well presented and the team at Lenza was very helpful in presenting the pros and cons of each pair I was looking at. They never pushed to over sell anything and I felt very confident in the final decision I made with my selection

Took my daughter in for her first set of contacts. Beautiful facility, great staff, wonderful selection of eyewear, contacts and colored contacts my daughter wanted. Dr. Kim was very good with her and explained eye health in her terms. Cole was patient and entertaining showing her how to put in and take out contacts...which isn't easy for first timers!!
