Services
As certified pet medical experts, our staff is dedicated to discovering the root of your pet's health concerns. We aim to provide top-quality customer service backed by exceptional pet care. Our high standards enable us to provide the devoted care that your pet deserves. We know trusting your pet's health with a stranger can be difficult, which is why we make our best effort to get to know our pet parents and patients on a more personal level.
The Doctors and staff at Reservoir Veterinary Hospital believe in treating your pet as if he or she was a member of our family. We will recommend the same procedures and products we would want for our own pets. We strive to provide quality, progressive veterinary medicine and surgery to all clients in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
If you're planning a vacation and can't bring your family pet along, we offer safe, reliable pet boarding services. With highly trained and knowledgeable staff, your pet will receive the quality care that they deserve. Whether you need overnight boarding or pet daycare, our facility can accommodate your pet no matter their size, age, or breed.
In providing general pet medicine, our veterinary staff is capable of diagnosing and treating a variety of pet medical needs. Our approach to diagnostic and therapeutic services is meant to allow you and your pet increased comfort while maintaining confidence that you are in capable hands. At our veterinary office, we take corresponding safety precautions and observe all sanitation standards.
In an added effort to provide your pet with quality care, we offer pet dental services in our veterinary office. It is estimated that 80% of pets exhibit the beginning stages of periodontal disease by age 3, which is why dental exams and teeth cleanings are essential. Also, studies indicate that pets with good oral hygiene tend to live 2 to 4 years longer than pets who neglect dental care.

My cat abruptly stopped eating and began vomiting. Took him to see Dr. Caliri who ran tests, etc. Dr. Caliri took the time to answer my questions and explain what was going on. Will definitely be going back.

Kind, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Dr. Caliri was a God send when our cat abruptly stopped eating. The problem was diagnosed and remedied. This is our first cat and Dr Caliri took the time to inform us of what a cat should and should not be eating. It has made a huge difference in our cat. Thank you so much and I highly recommend this vet.

Dr. Caliri and her dedicated staff have cared for my dogs for years. She explains complicated medical information in a scientific yet understandable way, never sacrificing compassion or the no nonsense sensibility of a trusted vet with sound judgment. She always takes time to work through my questions and ‘what-if’s’, explaining and considering every consequence. The prices are more than fair and no bill is a surprise. I appreciate the continuity of care as well; when you go to Reservoir Vet you are sure to get Dr. Caliri every time. I’ll never trust my pet’s care to anyone else! I’m

First time there. The office is closed to the pet parents except for emergencies, so I didn't meet the vet, but she called to give a full report on my cat's condition. Thank you kind people.

Dr. Caliri is a very kind and compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian. She cares for my fur babies as much as I do and she gives great advice and instructions. She explains everything in detail and how to give my baby the best life ever. She’s been with me at the end of their lives and she’s cried with me. You will not find a better vet in this area. Her offices are very clean and pleasant and her staff is kind and helpful, also.

Brought my cat here alive, left with her dead in a box and it cost $600 overall. That was the overall outcome of engaging treatment first with Dr. Caliri of Reservoir veterinary hospital Animal of Shokan NY who is financially affiliated with Animal Emergency Clinic of The Hudson Valley. Dr Caliri recommended that we take our 2 year old cat there after we brought her to an appointment wit Dr. Caliri of reservoir at 11am that day. Our cat had ingested something and had an intestinal block and Dr. Caliri recommended she be operated on immediately...however instead of doing the operation right away
