1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

Lake Katrine Animal Hospital is the best Veterinary Practice. The Vets and the Staff are professional, competent, compassionate and caring.
We feel peace of mind and heart, knowing that our Puppy Baby Girl is in the best hands, by being their patient.
Our other Baby, our Frenchie Boy, went to heaven not too long ago. With their loving and caring help, and despite the devastating sadness that embarked us, to have to see Him go, Dr. Cody and the staff were so compassionate, kind and caring, our family felt we were not alone in our pain.

I have had pets for the majority of my life. I’ve never taken my pets anywhere where they have been treated better. Everyone is compassionate and seem to genuinely love their patients. They take plenty of time to explain what’s going on and their fees are very reasonable.
