I have been going to this dentist since I was 17 years old. So around 8 years. I’ve gone every six months since then. Days before my appointment I am told that that they no longer accept my insurance effective weeks ago and if I would still like to keep my appointment. I never received a letter or a call prior to today that I would need to find a new dentist. As someone who’s been a long term patient I am highly upset. I’ve always had great service, but this trumps all of that.

Stopped by, I am an out of town visitor, looking for a place that sells masks. The receptionist was kind and although she didn't have any suggestions but rather gave me a mask. If I lived here, I would certainly come to call for dental needs. The front desk is a reflection of the dentist and I appreciate the kindness. They didn't know me but lent a hand. Thank you it was more appreciated thank you'll know.

The office has the aspect of mid century modern. It honors the history and the heart of Des Moines with beautiful pictures of significant buildings in Des Moines from a local photographer. The reception was friendly and helpful. I barely had any wait time, and the Dr. made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend this practice.
