The vertebral discs are made of a tough outer layer and soft inner gelatin-like center. When a disc is herniated, there is actually a crack in the outer layer that allows the softer inner core to protrude out. A bulging disc differs in that there is no leaking of the inner core. In this case, the outer layer is intact but bulging out in a place where the outer wall has weakened.

Is over 4 years that I go to get adjustments from Dr. Brick and as I wrote before he is without a doubt the best chiropractor I know.
I went to other places in the past here in Europe and in Canada and he is the real deal.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr. Brock is the best chiropractor. I have been going to ACR for 15 years now and I always get the best care. During Covid I tried to find an interim chiropractor close to home and I couldn’t find one that listens and gives the care and attention Dr. Brock does. He listens when you tell him what adjustments work and where you’re experiencing pain. He understand that some patients know their bodies the best and he works with you. Dr Brock has a very kind and caring office. He’s very knowledgeable and patient. I had been to an orthopedist after enduring a long bout of terrible back pain and those visits amounted to almost zero improvement. Dr Brock took a ton of time to understand where my problem originated from and set up an easy to follow treatment plan. It’s been several months and I’m already back to feeling like my self again. I’m very grateful that I found this doctor.

I've been going to Dr Brock off and on for about 5 years. He is wonderful. Very gentle, knowledgeable and professional. His staff is always very friendly and the office is very clean. He has really helped me with all of my back problems. With regular adjustments I am able to remain active even though I have 3 herniated discs. I highly recommend Advanced Chiropractic and Dr Brock.
