Our staff is happy to help however we can. From your first contact with us to your appointment and your follow-up, we aim to make your eye care experience great. This is what drives us to provide you with the best care year after year! Dr. Wong was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She graduated from Edward W. Clark High School Math & Science Magnet Program and attended the University of Nevada, Reno, receiving her undergraduate degree in Cell Biology.Dr. Wong successfully completed externships at the Veterans Administration in Las Vegas, Health Clinic at Camp Pendleton, and the Optometric Center of Los Angeles before moving back to Las Vegas to practice.

I highly recommend coming here. I had a wonderful experience and everyone I encountered during my visit was nothing short of kind. I sent them a text upon my arrival because they are taking precautions against COVID-19 and I immediately got a reply back saying I could come in. The interior is clean and they take the time to sanitize everything (eye exam equipment and glasses) before you use them. From start to finish, all of the staff members were accommodating and professional. Dr. Wong is very friendly and knowledgeable. You can ask away about any question or concern and I'm sure someone

I’ve been coming to Dr Wong since I moved to Vegas in 2019 and it is always a great experience. They take well care of you and take your questions and concerns very seriously. I love this clinic! Not only because of the service but also the cleanliness and the many options in glasses they have. Always a good experience coming here.

Great place if you're looking for a safe environment to get your eyes checked. They enforce wearing a face mask very heavily and clean all of the frames that anyone has tried on. Note, you can try frames in the restroom if you want to see how you look without a mask on.
During my recent visit, Jeffery was great and very attentive with helping me pick my glasses. I never felt rushed at all and was able to find the perfect pair of prescription glasses/sunglasses. He helped by showing me potential glasses options that I could possibly like as well as explaining the process of how my glasses get made

Dr Michelle W. Wong, O.D. is the absolute nicest optometrist. She takes her time with her patients and is very patient in every aspect. We went through so many different contact lenses to try and find the best option for me. It took a long time to find a pair but she was willing to put in the effort to ensure my eye comfort.

The check in process is super easy. Once you make an appointment they send you all of the paperwork to fill out. Once you are done you can take a picture and secure text it to them if you wish. The office staff and technicians are top notch. They are helpful and get things done smoothly and quickly. Once they were done Dr. Wong showed up and did more test to check my eyes. When she was done she took the time to explain what she found and the best way to deal with it. Unfortunately I needed glasses. Dr. Wong turned me over to Jeffery who helped me pick two pairs of glasses and helped work out the

This place is amazing. Jeffrey is one of the nicest people I have met. He has so much knowledge about prescriptions and frames. I need small frames, so he did some research and ordered me 2 pairs that may be suitable. Instead of suggesting that they fit properly, we both agreed that they weren't quite right. He recommended that I check back with him while he orders additional frames for me to try. No store has ever done that, and I've been to many. I want to stay with this company because I feel that they have no limits in providing the the best customer service.

My entire family loves this office ! It’s always a pleasure to see Dr.Wong and her staff. It’s also super clean so if you’re concerned about covid just know they take extra measures to be safe. From the time I initially called to set up my appointment to my actual visit, my experience with Bright Eyes exceeded my expectations. Dr. Michelle Wong and her staff are amazing! Everyone who assisted me were very kind, professional and knowledgeable. They took all the steps to maintain minimal contact and thoroughly sanitized everything which put my mind at ease. The staff is really friendly and professional. Dr. Wong is really sweet and informative. Jeffery was super helpful in picking out the right frames for me. He was very patient during this process and insightful of styles and how it might look with my face/eye shape and skin tone. Really knowledgeable, positive, and friendly. All the staff seemed genuine. The office had a good selection of name brands and lots of different styles. They take Covid precautions very seriously. Everyone wore masks and sanitation was a priority for every surface and exam room. Really nice office and very clean. Great

Just picked up my glasses from Bright Eyes on South Rainbow in Las Vegas.Jeffery was my Eye Tech. He helped me select my glasses and gave me designer Boutique customer service. His flair for fashion,and insight on the lastest trends is notable.
I did have to wait a little longer than usual to receive my eyewear, but with COVID-19 everything is taking longer. Very understandable. I will be returning for my sunglasses.

Dr. Wong is AMAZING! The staff is super friendly! Lots of precautions were taken to prevent the spread of Covid.
I have suffered with dry eyes for quite a while and she is the only optometrist I have been to that actually gave me "homework " to improve my condition.

We've been coming here four years. Dr. Wong is amazing! She is very informative and is honest with your vision needs. She doesn't try to sell you on products you don't actually need.
Her staff is extremely friendly and very welcoming. Their Covid-19 protocols area awesome. You call from the parking lot for your appointment. They get your chart ready. Then they call you back and ask basic Covid-19 exposure questions. Once you are cleared, you go inside snhd start your examination right away. Nice and smooth process.

I love everyone who works here. In times of covid, they are well prepared, sanitize everything. Kimberly and Jeff helps me a lot. Kimberly is so informative with the pre procedure before seeing dr. Wong. On the other hand Jeff, tries to help me with all my questions and with my insurance where I can save on. Lastly, dr. Wong is the coolest Optometrist, very friendly, and even offered me a face shield to bring it at work since I work in the hospital... currently pregnant with my first one and made her aware in the future that I will be bringing my kid here for check up. I highly recommend bright

They have up to date/high end equipment to check your eyes inside and out..... literally they showed me a 3D/4D(?) diagram of my eye inside looking out. Hahaha
I wasn't planning on ordering frames or lenses since my eye sight is about the same, and I still have my reading glasses. They informed me that through Culinary Insurance I can receive FREE FRAMES! Wooh!

Highly not satisfied!!!! They didn't tell us the truth about our glasses purchase.
I would never recommend them to anyone. The manager with the purple hair did not tell us about a no refund policy or have us sign, it was attached to receipt after paid.
Then when my wife could not get use to her glasses and we went back in to return them, we were told that they don't to refunds , so my wife has over pair of reading glasses.
So be very careful when you go here.

My husband stopped in Bright Eyes to make an appointment for both of us. We got in very quickly, which was very nice.
But the real review is based on our experience with EVERYONE that works there. They were all so friendly and more than helpful! I honestly felt like I had been going there for years instead of a newbie to Bright Eyes. Good customer service is hard to find these days but not at Bright Eyes....they are not just good but exceptional.
The price of our exam and glasses was at least half as much as I paid for our last exam and glasses. I was honestly blown away at how reasonably
