Services
At New Palestine Veterinary Clinic, we've been providing high quality care to cats and dogs in New Palestine and the surrounding areas for almost 40 years. We understand that pets are family which is exactly why we treat our patients as if they were our own. If you're looking for compassionate care and individualized treatment, we've got you covered.
New Palestine Veterinary Clinic has been a staple of the surrounding community since 1982. Our compassionate and experienced team is committed to delivering quality veterinary care throughout the life of your dog or cat. We strongly believe in providing the best possible care to both you and your furry family members.
New Palestine Veterinary Clinic offers preventive care and services for kittens, puppies, cats, and dogs. Bringing your pet to one of our veterinarians for a physical exam is the smartest and easiest way to keep them healthy.

Exams allow our veterinarians to detect problems and diseases that might go undiscovered otherwise, including heart murmurs, tumors, enlarged organs, cataracts, ear infections, ear mites, dental disease, skin issues and allergies.
At New Palestine Veterinary Clinic, our goal is keeping your pet happy and healthy. Thanks to modern diagnostics and our on-site laboratory, we're able to do just that for sick and injured pets. Diagnostic imaging allows us to examine your pet's internal organs and body systems to better diagnose their conditions.
Dental care is an essential part of your pet's overall health. When oral hygiene is neglected, pets can develop dental disease which negatively affects other systems in the body and may lead to tooth loss. A pet's dental health is just as important as their physical health, however, it often goes overlooked.

My daughter's dog was treated by Dr Brittany Hall today and I was very impressed with her compassion, professionalism, and patience. She took the time to explain the options and the potential prognosis. It is the first time I see a veterinarian with such outstanding "bedside manners". Dr. Hall gave us peace of mind and space to discuss and consider all the information she provided and never pressured or hurried us.
Thank you Dr. Brittany Hall and all the staff at New Palestine Veterinary Clinic!

Top notch Veterinary Clinic! Awesome, compassionate, and professional staff through out the clinic!
I have been brining our three dogs here since moving to IN in 2008. Why? Because I know they will treat us and pets with the utmost care! We live 25 mins away, but would not go anywhere else unless in an emergency situation. The office is always clean, the staff always greet you when you come in, and we have rarely if ever had to wait long to be seen. On more than a few occasions we needed to have a dog seen due to them getting into a fight, and New Pal Vet always gets them in that day, or the day

I think Dr. Frank is a kind and compassionate veterinarian. But I think she has done a terrible job at hiring staff members over the past 3 years. In particular, the last office manager was one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with, and the current one isn't any better.
Two years ago, a vet there missed a diagnosis of pancreatic cancer; she spent 90% of the visit talking to us about dental care for a cat who was very much suffering in pain. That should have provided the impetus for us to leave, but we figured she was young and new and everyone makes mistakes, so we didn't.
And now, I found

Staff very friendly and helpful . Only issue is need better explanation of possible costs associated with procedures. Especially after initial evaluation had been accomplished and actual costs doubled estimated value.

Staff is nice. Vet cared for our pets. We had to switch due to our vet shutting down. But I have reached out 3 different times so that they could call in a pain medication for my grandparents dog that we had spoke about with the vet. They always said they'd leave a note and have her get back with us. That has never happened. Decided to go elsewhere. It's been well over a month that this has been going on. Frustrating.

Hands-down the best vet I've ever been to. I've said it before but I felt compelled to write another review because we had a new unique experience there. We had an old dog pass from his cancer and age, and when the time came to take him in for that procedure, the staff and doctor were very compassionate, gentle, and did not force any decisions upon us. They also let us stay as long as we needed with our dog after. Losing a dog is never easy, but I could not imagine a more smooth process. I can't thank New Pal Vet Clinic enough for their great work with all our pets.
