We do more than build houses, we build homes. Manor Homes routinely tops the list of the Northwest's best performing homebuilders and is one of only a handful that is family-owned and operated. The company's roots are firmly grounded in family, with three generations of homebuilding in its blood. In 2003, Matt Seppala and his nephew Kevin Seppala collaborated on a 110-lot subdivision project under the name Hiddenview Development LLC.
The success of that one project led the family members to join forces more permanently as Manor Homes. The company is best known for quality, affordability, and above all, flexibility. Where it's hard for larger homebuilders to be flexible, Manor Homes maintains a culture that embraces change and customization.

Services
We love our new Manor Home. We appreciated the tremendous flexibility when it came to changes and upgrades. Terry the Manor Homes representative was knowledgable and always available even after the purchase was completed. Rondy our job superintendent was very professional and helped us as first time homebuyers feel less anxious.

Manor Homes built my first house. We recorded today actually. I am a licensed real estate broker in Oregon / Washington and have done construction for 11 years. Iām well versed in the process and how itās supposed to go in all aspects. Iāve worked with the biggest builders in the nation and across the board theyāve had some good subs some not so good. However, manor homes has quality. I was thoroughly impressed with each stage of my home. I have a 7 year old who is learning about the process and so I would go every other day and document the process with photos for a book Iām putting

Moved into Manor Home in February 2020. During new home inspection in June 2020, we pointed out that wood paneling outside front bedroom of home was starting to buckle. Nothing done about it. During 1 year inspection in January 2021, I again pointed out the buckling which was far worse. No apologies. Just another answer that someone will fix it. Several emails and texts later, it is still not fixed. This is terrible, unacceptable customer service.
Here is an update to my review above. It is April 22nd, 2021. About a week ago, I sent a direct email to Manor Homes since going through the warranty

Build quality of Manor Homes is terrible. We had our window crack in the dining room and they refused to replace it because it was past the one year warranty. We were the second home on this block to have that window crack. A gutter fell off the house and dented my car. They refused to fix either the house or the car. They cut corners on our HVAC systems causing the back two bedrooms to be either too hot or too cold. If you tour a Manor home you will notice that the walls bow. That should be your first warning sign. And of course Manor doesn't care.

Having Manor Homes building our dream house has been one of the best experiences we have ever had. They have walked us through each step of the process. Allowed us make changes to the house to accommodate for a wheelchair without adding a lot to the construction. They have kept us informed of each phase so we get to see how the house is coming along. I appreciate Ron, Shari and all the rest of the employees for making this all feel like we are part of this and part of a family.

I moved in last May and has a few issues on my 90 day inspection. Half of them never got addresses till this day. I also had workers come and work on the house across from me and they cut a chunk of grass out of my lawn. I called the builder, no answer, on the recording he said it's better to text him. It's been 2 weeks and I still have not heard back. I'm very disappointed in the poor communication.

Buyer Beware! Home buying experience was ok at best. Russ needs to work on his personality and needs to realize he is selling a product and not be so uptight. The real nightmare begins when Manor has to honor its one year warranty. Had a independent home inspector complete a inspection of the home on 3/17/2018 for a one year walk through. Inspector found 3 major issues with the home. Attic, Crawl Space and Exterior Siding Boards of the new home. Took Manor over a year to fix the Attic and Crawl Space issues. Mark is Manors warranty guy and is a absolute nightmare to deal with.

I just bought a new home from Manor Homes and couldn't be happier with the decision. Shari, Russ, and Mark were remarkably helpful, knowledgeable, and competent in every aspect of the process. I am very pleased with the builder workmanship and with the advice I received from Shari about home inspection services, upgrades, options, color selections and more. They all definitely went out of their way to please.

We purchased a home from Manor and are extremely happy with it. We had no problems doing our build because we took an active role during the building process and documented everything. If it was a discrepancy, we brought it to Shari's attention and she directed it to the appropriate department and the item was taken care of. When I contacted Mark with a problem or a question, he would get back to us when he could. Sometimes his response would be within the hour or a day or two. You must remember, Manor has a lot of developments under construction and his schedule is very busy. I hear

I built a home with Manor Homes in 2010 and Iām still happy with the build! It was nice to work with a builder who had the clients best interest in mind. Requests and concerns were heard and to this day I love my home! I highly recommend this home builder! As a mortgage lender sometimes I get to share my great experience with my clients.š

I have been living in my dream home for over a year and I continue to be extremely satisfied with my experience from the day I walked into the sales office. I relocated from out of state and not being familiar with the area or local contacts I am very grateful for the complete solution that Manor Homes was able to provide for me and my family(awesome agent, excellent mortgage broker, fantastic builder).
It was great working with Russ Patterson and everyone on the Manor Homes team that was involved in the process. Manor was very accommodating to my personalized requests, I felt involved and heard

Manure Homes, says it all! Just a crappy build! Their team has no skill in building homes! Watch out they take a huge amount of earnest money and use it to start the build and the end result "crappy quality" like the title states!.... Shari Reseigne and Russ Patterson from west realty is VERY shady people. do not buy from manure homes. Shari also told me that there was several homes that fell thru, now I know the true reason!

If I could give them a 0 I would. We were extremely excited about our brand new home until they had to delay the completion date. Due to the delay we had to delay the loan process which they had to run our credit multiple times. By the time we were done we found out we were penalized and had to pay an additional 2500 for the insurance. We reached out and let them know and explained what had happened thinking they would refund us or at least gave us an upgrade. Instead they sent and email and stated that basically it's a sellers market and we are not the picked out that other buyers had to

If I could give a zero I would for sure. If I could do this process over again I would have never used this company. They say you have a year warranty but that's the biggest joke I've ever heard. We've been in our home for 8 months and have went back and forth with this company to get our house fixed. When you buy a brand new home that's what you expect and when things that are damaged or not done properly you want those fixed. Well their idea if fixing stuff is nothing more than bandaid the issue. The warranty guy Mark is so rude and has terrible customer service. He has yelled

I regret ever buying one of their newly built home. Once done everything looks pretty until a few weeks later. The walls are so thin I can hear the traffic from our bedroom which in the oposite end of the house as if I were standing outside. The fencing looked like it was done in a hurry by a rookie. The lawn was not properly laid out and they used unhealthy and bad quality sod. And now the backyard and front yard are full of weeds. Everything that we found wrong with the house they just made excuses for. If I could do it all over again I wouldve gone with a new tradition home. At least they take
