Working with a custom home builder was our first decision, we were not going to settle for a cookie-cut typical home that was on the market. We made our decision and chose NW Elite Homes to build our luxury home with elegant interiors. I loved the freedom of choosing every detail of the house, it is truly our dream home!

Worked with NW Elite Homes for over 9 months on building a home. They have fallen short in most aspects of everything. Had to have 3 home inspections for a brand new construction, the first one raised up 50+ issues that needed to be resolved with various degrees. After moving into home and other issues arising they have been far from proactive to help. The appliances were never connected, I still don't have a functioning dishwasher after near 3 months of living here because it was installed but the power was never connected (how can this be overlooked). Certain lights don't work. Poor quality attention

NW elite homes built a house next to mine and they were a nightmare. the construction site was disgusting with garbage thrown everywhere. They would constantly pound on my neighbors and my door early in the morning and ask us to move our cars. We all park on the street and if they didn't want us to park there they should put out signs. They broke the roof on my house when cutting down a tree and then left pretending it didn't happen!! They broke the water main going to my house and still have not owned up to it. They have caused thousands of dollars of damage to neighboring property.

This week ended up being 4 weeks
They promised me a fence and gave a partial one ... they left me with no remote to open up my garage ... my W/D was re delivers 4 x b/c of their lies ..the home is super cute except things are falling Apart and I just moved in yesterday!!
