Brabec homes, brothers you can trust. They are always attentive to your concerns and return calls, emails, text promptly. They are reputable for their concrete work and believe me we got a solid foundation beneath our feet. We built our home living 2500 miles away and Brabec brothers were given a floor plan, visual idea and they took it from there. Thank you Scott and Rob, the real property brothers.

We haven't built our new home yet, but we had an initial discussion with the folks at Brabec (sorry, forgot the name of the guy we talked to), and they were fantastic. Very straight-forward about cost estimates, they knew exactly what they were talking about, had great advice about size, lots, city/county restrictions, permits, and build time. We don't know yet if we'll go that building route, and if so, I'll update this review, but we got a realistic insight into likely costs and the idea of building seems much more viable now.
