Joined my afternoon with my bf and neither one of us were impressed. The service was very short and we didn’t get offered anything when we sat down. Also no one really spoke English so when I put my feet in the water it was hot and he barely understood to make it cooler. We will not be coming back.

WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!! The lady doing my nails (Leslie) was offended that she cut my acrylic too short and ruined my nail that she threw the nail filer down and got up and walked away. I never saw her again. Then the guy manager began doing my nails and told me to not come to this place and to go back to where I usually go all because I simply told her I wanted my one nail longer!!! Then the manager told me he could not fix my ruined nail. Then he told me to not tell him what shape I want and that he’s “got it”. They were so beyond rude to me I have never had a nail salon speak to me

I had to share my experience because today I went to get my nails filled. When I got them done with a file my cuticles started to bleed so I got tense and said that hurts. Instantly tells me it’s nothing and that I’m fine. He just laughed anytime my fingers got tense. I went here a few times but after this experience I will not be going back. Never felt more uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to leave.

I had to go get my nails repaired every time I get them done by Jenny. The pictures that are attached is a result of a pedicure that I got 12 hours ago. No one speaks English and the owner Vin thinks it’s ok to give you a credit of $10 when she charged me $15 to fix them! They give poor service and don’t care and no one speaks English! They never have to worry about me again! Poor service poor professionalism. Vin response was you keep coming back! If it’s done right the first time I wouldn’t or shouldn’t have to continue to come back! He stated his employees are contracted out, well

My daughter and I went in for a pedicure and I told the lady after looking at the type of pedicures they often we wanted the Deluxe pedicure and she hands me a sheet to choose a smell (orange, tropical, etc) now the pedicure showed it came with lotion and scrub like it always does with anywhere else I get the Deluxe from. So I went to pay and it was $195 for 3 pedicure and nothing special about the pedicure. I asked why is it was so much he said 3 pedicure I said yes 3 deluxe pedicures so he walks and talks to someone and comes back with the smells/scent option for the lotion and scrub he said

The service was not up to par. Took a family member her for her birthday. The staff was very rude because of her size. We have come back here every year for her birthday since 2006. This year it was not the same. The pregnant worker spoke to Helen in their language about the birthday girl size some people do speak more than English. This has never happened before. The birthday girl dismissed the issue but I did not. I brought it up to David the man at the door . I am not happy about the staff. Service is service size should not matter. We will not be coming back here again. This is a luxury not

It was my first time going and I was impressed. The lady took her time on both my manicure and pedicure. I got two colors and the lady did a great job of making sure the glitter on the top was even and set enough with a top coat. The areas all looked clean. There was no wait at all. I was in and out pretty quickly. I will certainly be back!
