Our Classic Manicure will indulge your hands leaving them smooth and silky. This includes a soak, trimming of the nails, nails shaping, cuticle clean up, light buffing, massage and regular polish. Start with the Classic Manicure and add an exfoliating scrubs to reducing rough dry patches skin. Add a mask treatment that condition and hydrate skin.

I’ve been coming to this salon for years, and I’ve found that service has declined drastically in the last year to a point that I can’t recommend this salon in good faith. On three consecutive occasions, the front desk staff has failed to book appointments properly for me. I called a week and a half in advance and requested for manicures for my bridal party on Wednesday. I clearly asked the young lady to book FOUR appointments at 11 AM. The apparently booked one appointment at 4:00 PM. I called and spoke to a young man, who was totally unhelpful and said there was nothing that could be done

I called and scheduled an appointment for this nail salon, this was my first experience with them. When I showed up for my appointment, they didn’t have my appointment on the schedule, I waited 30 min in the lobby to get my nails done. It was late, so I can tell the person who did my nails was annoyed he had to complete my nails. My gel manicure starting chipping 3 days later, and by the 4th day the whole gel polish on my nail was coming off. I do not recommend this place.

Lily did my nails and she was meticulous, detailed and so sweet. I did the color dip (the Organics brand in shades 176, 187, 041, and 037). The total for my nails with a soak-off of my previous set was $55.00. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone. I was not disappointed and I will be back. I'm not one to ever leave a bad review. As someone who works in the customer service industry, the front desk was anything but professional. My mother has just had surgery and wanted to get her nails done. We walked in at 3pm for manicures and pedicures. We were turned away by the receptionist at the front desk because they close at 6pm. She was very rude and told us to make an appointment for another day. I have loved my services in the past but will never return here because of the AWFUL customer service.

Update 7/21: we have returned to Dep Nails a few more times and unfortunately my review has changed. Each time it seemed as if the gel polish would start to wear off within one week. Also, my daughter who is 9 would come with me and we would get the princess price, which was for children 10 and younger. For some reason they started charging me adult prices. Even the person at the register questioned the nail techs on the price, but the nail tech said it was adult prices. I don't understand how it changed. I went in for a Deluxe pedicure and full set Acrylic nails. The pedicure was ok I was expecting it to be a lot better. The man that was doing my full set started by putting on the nails then going to see another woman he seated the same time as me. He was jumping from me to this lady every few minutes. This was very upsetting considering he was not practicing Covid safety nor was he wearing gloves. Not to mention it was already 3 hours I was waiting! Horrible experience I will never return!!!

It's hard to find a nail place, that's for sure. Each nail tech has their own way of doing things, professionalism, knowledge, patience, conversation level, etc. it's a science and everyone who gets their nails done regularly knows the importance of it all.
I had a full set SNS Nails on from a previous salon & wanted to get them taken off professionally to preserve my nail. After soaking in acetone for more than 20 minutes, they wouldn't budge. Trin took his time to make sure he did the job well with my pain level in consideration, as my nail beds were very sensitive.

Not good. Given this place multiple chances and every time they hit my skin with the electric tool many times. Ended up with bubbles in my SNS and the color of the dip powder rubbed off with the tool to the point of the nail being clear and splotchy in some areas. Nails aren't the same length. Seemed like Bill was just trying to rush it and get me out. Very annoyed and will not be coming back. I've wasted too much money on this place for each visit to end up with me unsatisfied.

I usually go to another salon but went to this salon because there wasn't a wait time for walk ins and because of the reviews. I had sns nails and a pedicure(I later found out by my normal salon that it wasn't sns they used on my nails). My experience wasn't good, the man that did my nails asked inappropriate questions and I will not be going back. Also, two nails popped off a week later if that tells you anything.

This is the second time I've gotten someone who can't speak hardly any English, like I can't communicate with them on what I want and she just cut my big toe so it bled a little. My nail person, is Trin.. and he is amazing. Great attention to detail. Most importantly my acrylic nails don't lift which is rare. I'm not sure if I just have oily nail beds or what... but it's rare I can find someone to do them and them not lift like crazy after a couple days! My nails haven't lifted at all in two weeks so he has a life time customer! :)

Mindy is the way, the truth and the light! I thought all Hope was lost in finding a decent nail salon since I move from Los Angeles to Jax. But low and behold... down the street from my home I have found one of the cleanest, beautiful salons I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Mindy hooked it up. Super friendly... and once noon hit brought me a glass of Chardonnay. Made another appointment in three weeks!

Always have a good experience and great massage. Prices are very reasonable and never had a long wait. Very, very clean which is important to me, too. I asked my technician what the dep in the name stood for and he told me it was Vietnamese for beautiful. They are all so nice and jovial, too. Tons of color options and high quality paints. This is my new 'place.'

I love this nail salon! It's only 5 minutes from my house, so super convenient and they do a wonderful job! Everyone there is super friendly! I've been coming here ever since I moved to mandarin. I normally get the mani-gel combo and it's great. Sometimes I splurge and get a pedi and they never disappoint! The last time I was there I got the SNS/Dip nail and oh my gosh I LOVED it! Just went back today to get dip again and still love it :))) They have complimentary snacks and drinks too which is nice.

The service is fantastic! Everyone is really nice and welcoming I've had a few gel manicures and every time they turn out great and last 2 weeks or so. The services are reasonably priced - you get what you pay for. They are quick to respond on yelp for appointments (even though I'm slow to respond). You can also call and they will get you the appointment you need. I'd recommend getting your nails done here.

I first head of this nails salon because of my hair stylist, she also gave me a couple of gift cards. The first time I went there I got my nails done by Cristina. When I paid I pulled out one of the 5$ gift cards that my hair stylist had given me. Cristina looked at me sideways, after a couple swipes of the gift card she finally accepted it.
