Joe did a GREAT job with my pedicure. Very thorough and considerate! I have had a hard time finding a nail salon that I like in Jacksonville and I have struck gold here! I will not be going anywhere else! They have a loyal customer in me from now on! This was the first time I ever had a pedicure. The location was very nice and clean.

I had a 12:00 appointment that took over 3 hours, I got a cold water pedicure after requesting the water to be much hotter twice, my nail technician never spoke as much as 2 words to me during my pedicure (about 1 1/2 hr wait) then when it came time for my Dip manicure I was shuffled between 3 people (None of which even said hello) and moved twice to different stations, it also took little more than 1 1/2 hrs to complete (no design) and my nails are wavy and not completely dipped as they should be. As good as my 1st visit was as a new customer, the 2nd visit was equally as poor so never again will

I have been getting pedicures from Van for several months and I have enjoyed them immensely!! I decided to get a full set and was kinda disappointed as I haven't worn them in awhile. I waited in the lobby for about an hour and 30 minutes and nobody even acknowledged me. Other people were and the workers were sitting around doing nothing. i left after sitting for what felt like an eternity and went to the nail salon across the street and they took me right away. I don't recommend going here unless you have time.

This is literally my favorite place. Both my daughter and I come on a regular basis to get our nails done and pedicures. The staff is so friendly, and they do an amazing job! The salon is beautiful and spacious, and I have never had to wait, and I am always a walk-in. They have expanded their services, so I am super excited about doing lash extensions. Definitely reasonable pricing for the excellent service they provide. After quarantine, when they opened all the businesses up again, PS Nails was one of the first places I went back to. Keep up the amazing work!!!

I hate to be one to complain but I came here to get an acrylic removal and gel on my natural nails, the nail lady proceeded to carelessly rip my acrylics off with a plastic nail extension instead of soaking them in acetone. She ended up ripping layers off of my natural nails as well as a piece of my nail bed. I still paid.

NEW ownership made a BIG difference! Very nice atmosphere and they definitely take care of you with little to no wait. They made sure I was comfortable, Kathy did my pedicure and it was great! She didn't rush she made sure I was happy with the outcome.
Vivian did an amazing job on my SNS ombré, she took her time and didn't rush and that really makes a difference!

DO NOT GET THREADING DONE HERE! I got my eyebrows threaded for the first time here over the weekend along with a pedicure. The pedicure was fine (the gel polish is not perfect but it's okay).
Upon walking on I noticed that they now do threading. I usually get my brows waxed but I decided to get them threaded for the first time since I've heard so many good things about it. That was a mistake on my part. After my pedicure the lady took me back to a room for my brows. I told her i just wanted my brows shaped up (not any thinner). I got a full set ombré on 05/27 cost $55+$10 tip, which I believe to be a fair price. However, as you can see in the picture the detail work just is not there. Along my cuticles the acrylic was not shaved down and shaped correctly, you would expect a cleaner job for the price I'm paying. Not happy with the results, I will not be returning. I also came with a friend whom had her acrylics taken off and a gel manicure done. The tech hit her cuticle line numerous time with the drill causing bleeding on multiple nails. Anybody who gets their nails done understands how annoying this is. I gave

First time coming here! The place is very clean and up-to-date. It was busy busy when we arrived but again it was on a Monday around 4ish. We were greeted instantly and were asked what we needed done.
I got acrylic done on my nails. He was very detailed and did a great job. I got charged extra $5 for glitter. Boo!!
Not one of the best nor worst salon so I might come back.

My first time visiting PS Nail Salon. I met Vivian. I got a pedicure and SNS nails. I really enjoyed the pedicure. I also previewed the extraordinary designs that Vivian did on another stylist in the shop. The designs were different for each finger and beautiful. This time I only got designs on the two ring fingers which totaled $5. The shop was clean. They also have 2 smaller pedicure chairs for the little ladies in the making who want to come with mom or grandma to get pampered. I will definitely visit Vivian and the PS Salon again.

I was in Mandarin with some time to kill and decided to stop into PS Nails for a manicure. I believe the man who did my nails is the owner, he was great. I just got a basic manicure but I'm very happy with it. They had a lot of color selections and the place is huge and clean. I mentioned while he was doing my nails that I never know how to file my own nails and they end up a mess. He actually gave me a mini lesson on how to file them depending on what shape nail I want. I was very happy with the experience overall.
