I strayed from my normal nail salon (nail time, also at the town center, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) because I had a gift card. Inside is very unorganized & a weird experience for the customer with the tablet check in? Unsure. Music was too loud to hear where they wanted me…polishes were in the very back corner. Got the basic pedicure/gel manicure because I didn’t have much time. They look good but at checkout they said my gift card had $0 (I have never used it & have had it for a month). They were not accommodating at all to this & it solidified that my other nail salon will remain my

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! Way too expensive, no customer service nor friendliness. They didn’t know the difference between the gel or regular polish I had on my feet so she took the electronic buffer and removed the polish on my right foot with polish remover. We only got pedicures because of how horrible it was. My husbands person who did his pedicure basically was rough housing him around after he just said he had a bad back and bad knees. Not to mention any time we get pedicures together anywhere else the people are talkative and friendly. Not here. Not that it really makes a difference

0/10 do not recommend. Will not go there ever again. Cut my fingers all up I can’t even barely wash them. Put super glue to mend the lumps in my dip powder. Oh and not to mention it took 3 hours just to do a soak off and one color dip. Please zoom into my pinkys and you will see the cuts… do not go here. I told the lady at the front then she charged me $47 AFTER SEEING MY NAILS, this woman couldn’t have had a license to do nails. Look at how lumpy and clumpy. Someone needs to shut this place down

Absolutely love Town Center Nail bar! Everyone is so friendly from Ashley at the front desk to the nail technicians! We have been going there for a while now and love it. Vesi, Sam, Elsa and Linda are all awesome. I would definitely recommend making an appointment ahead of time! I love being able to relax with a drink and get my nails done! Highly recommend!

First time at the salon. I booked a classic pedicure and acrylic full set. My appointment time was at 5:00 p.m., I didn’t leave the salon until a little before 9:00. My finger was cut and bled throughout the whole process. I asked for half moon shaped French tips with a coffin nail shape - the lines are inconsistent, the shape is not what I asked for and the edges are terrible. It has been two days and my finger is STILL bleeding. I called and requested a refund and Ashley advised they do not provide refunds, but offered to fix within 7 days. I would not waste my time with this salon and will

I’ve been here a handful of times for the classic pedicure and the dip powder manicures. The staff here are so friendly, helpful, and professional and it’s a good experience every time I come. They truly listen to what you want and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure you walk out feeling your best. I’ve finally found my permanent nail salon here in Jax!
