I went in with a particular design for my nails and it was poorly executed. The nail tech did not clip my nails or clean under them. On top of that, the base coat used on my nails was not a neutral top color but a clear coat. The designs were not done right and were very off centered as well. They tried to get me to pay $48 for this and when I showed them what was wrong, they seemed confused and only asked me to pay $33...

First time here yesterday, and everything turned out great! The massage with the lemon pedicure was amazing!! I also love my nails...she did great with the length, shape, and placement! I can't tell you how many times I've come home with crooked pointer nails, and/or pinky. Not this time! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. Can't wait to go back!

Came here yesterday to get nails done. Called ahead to get in and they fit me in right away. They did my mani and pedi at same time which was fine by me since I like to get out quick. Ladies were nice. Nails are filed uneven but I was able to buff them myself after. Pedicure was good but lady doing my manicure made 5 nails bleed. Blood is caked underneath my nails. It's painful!! She told me I had an ingrown finger nail, which has never happened to me and wasn't true. She tried to tell me I have 'extra skin' around my fingers and that's why I was bleeding. No one has ever

Worst experience I've had. I called yesterday to schedule appt and explained everything I wanted as I viewed the menu online. Asked if they would have time as I knew they closed as 7. They booked me and said no problem. Got there today excited for my spa services and had to wait 30min with my feet in cold water. Tried to brush it off thinking the actual pedicure/manicure would make up for the cold water. They then re-asked me what I wanted and I re-stated. Another lady came over and said for me NOT to get what I want and just get the basic because of the time. I was upset and almost walked

Finally! After soooo many bad mani-pedis, I found my go-to shop... breathing a happy sigh now.
My fingernails aren't gel, but they look like it. My toenails are, and she was so gentle while working with my health issues. (Fibromyalgia---can't touch this) (Healing a Broken toe---DON'T touch this!) She was amazing!
So many great moments while I was there.
I was completely overwhelmed by their kindness for their customers while one nail technician

Extremely unprofessional behavior at the salon, I called a day in advance for the appointment for my family, my parents being really old I explicitly mentioned I need 5 seats and they said yes come in on Friday at 5pm. Once I went there they told me they did not write it for 5 but for 6pm, I was very disappointed and I told them I will come back at 6, I drive back home and called them again at 5:40 to confirm that I can come with my family at 6, they said yes. I drove my family back and once at the salon they said they could not take us. I couldn't believe it.

They do great work here. I met one of the workers through a mutual friend and she's always so nice. I make an appt directly with her or you can call in. They have you sign a book and put your info down and they were checking temperatures at one point but the scanning machine broke. They all clean cuticles and paint well. I had a fantastic experience at this nail salon and I'm elated with their service! It was my first time here. I had a broken nail and the owner was so prompt at responding to me when I reached out to them through yelp to schedule an appointment!
Upon arrival they have temp checks, and a form to fill out with your name, contact info and a full questionnaire which was comforting to see they are keeping record of incoming clients (covid-19 procedure). They have taken all proper precautions with plexi-glass separators, distanced work stations etc on top of their normal cleanliness procedures

First off, the owner of the salon, Hannah, is out on the floor working almost every single time I am there. She puts in hella good work and I feel like that should be noted. Her husband can usually be found hosting the salon, helping people get situated into seats and scheduling appointments. We love a working couple!
Second, if you're looking to get a full acrylic set this is the place to go! I've gotten a total

I LOVE THEM! Communication was not stressful and they did such an amazing job! Hanna was very helpful and knew exactly what I wanted after showing her a picture. She also made me feel less nervous about length and checked to make sure things were going smoothly.
I don't remember the name of the woman who actually did my nails, but she was quick and did a better job then I've had at any other place.
This is definitely be my go to nail place and I have already told my friends! Amazing!

Satisfied client!! I've moved a few times within the last 5/6 years. Moved back to the WG area. I find myself coming back to Hanna all the time. She is a busy woman but she does a great job with colors, style and quality.
Glad they reopened. They are Covid safe and clean working on the patio area of the salon.

I have been Hanna since before she and her brother opened this place. I followed her from the last salon she worked at. When she told me she would be opening up her own place I was ecstatic for her. It was due because she is such a hard worker and needed to have her own. I was even more excited when I found out her new salon was only 10 minutes from my office.
