One star shouldn’t even be an option for this so called management company. Non responsive to any maintenance needs. Management should be ashamed by what they allow to live or I should say, ruin their properties. Disgrace and unfortunate that long term tenants have to suffer because management is careless and does nothing to rectify anything.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
They fail to honor anonymity when issues arise allowing the manager to call and berate residents. They recently took control of Quaker Manor and fired the previous maintenance man before coming up with a competent crew and the garbage has been overflowing.
