Just avoid buying property managed by this company if you can. Karen is nothing but condescending and rude to everyone who she “manages”. She outright lies about everything, blames you for the building falling apart and the HOA not maintaining it, and every contractor I’ve had to hire for property work has told me that she is the worst person they’ve ever had to deal with because she is just so confrontational with everyone for absolutely no reason at all. As in, to the point where they refuse to work for her even if she offered to pay them. Which may not come as a surprise to you, but
