The cost of this service is $125 for each Resale Certificate (or 6D Form). Payment is by credit card through Stripe and a 4% transaction charge will be added to the amount. You may also pay by check. Please see the payment instructions below. PLEASE NOTE: The completed Resale Certificate will be submitted directly to the parties checked off below within 10 days.

Seaflower was hired by our landlords as the property management company for our apartment.
There have been multiple issues where technicians have entered our apartment because Seaflower did not properly inform the technicians of the property layout, and when pressed on the issue resorted to blaming the technicians, despite the fact that we've informed Seaflower of the confusion multiple times.
Amy simply tows the company line when it comes to holding her employees accountable or admitting any fault.
Do yourself a favor and avoid Seaflower if you can.

The team at Seaflower has been managing our condominium property for over a year now and has done a phenomenal job, getting us back on track. We were a mess and needed much help in the helps of maintenance, finance, and residents' management (32 unit owners), and they exceeded our expectations on all fronts. Also, their portal is awesome! We highly recommend.
