Brutus Buckeye is a 1972 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine and has been the owner of Macedonia Veterinary Clinic, Inc. and The Dahl House Boarding Kennels, Inc. since 1975.
If you have never toured our facilities, please feel free to make an appointment to meet our doctors and staff! We feel that each member of our support staff is a valuable asset, providing an important extension of care and knowledge in order to assist the doctors in the care of your pet. Our staff spends many hours pursuing continuing education to better assist the doctors, you and your pet.
Our dedicated doctors and staff begin their workday an hour before office hours and seldom leave for home until an hour after we close. Surgery, office visits, caring for hospitalized pets, client education and returning phone calls are a short list of their daily responsibilities. This workload necessitates that we do not take after-hours emergencies.
We use vaccines made with exclusive PureFil Technology by Boehringer-Ingelheim. They are ultra purified to provide a cleaner, safer, less painful vaccine. They are the first 0.5 mL canine and feline vaccine lines and use 50% less volume than most vaccines to deliver a more comfortable vaccine experience and to decrease vaccine reactions.
