Our Optician: Deanna DiJohn has over 10 years of licensed experience. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Franklin Pierce College (www.fpc.edu) in New Hampshire, and an Associates Degree in Ophthalmic Dispensing from Erie Community College (www.ecc.edu). Deanna is also licensed in Vermont. Kennedy Optical is owned by Dr. John Kennedy and Dr. Robert Kennedy. However, you do not need to be a patient of the doctors to come to us for your eyewear needs. We will fill any doctors prescriptions.
Services
Kennedy Optical has the capability to make eyeglasses on its premises. Most single vision prescriptions can be filled the same day. Bifocals, trifocals, no-line bifocals (progressive) and specialty lenses take a few additional days. At Kennedy Optical we offer Varilux brand progressive lenses and Crizal anti-reflective coated lenses.
If you're coming from the North, take Route 50 to Blue Barnes Road. Make a left onto Blue Barnes Road. At the intersection of Rte 146, Blue Barnes Road turns into Balltown Road. Continue on Balltown Road for approximately 2.7 miles and take a right onto Providence Avenue. Kennedy Optical is located at 1675 Providence Avenue.
