Staff is incredibly rude, management specifically, I don’t recall the name of the lady fully I believe it was Michelle, but I would not go there if you’re looking for a good customer service route. Surgery went well for Cataracts, no complaints on that end.

The check in nurse was incredibly nasty to the patients who may or may not be already nervous for surgery . I left work early to have a procedure done . My surgery was refused because they would not accept excelsior pass as proof of vaccination which last time I checked was the most valid proof . She would not allow to me talk to my doctor or her nurse . I have never had an experience like this before . It was awful . I will not be returning .

Had cataract surgery at the surgery center. They were all very nice and reassuring. Dr. David Perlmutter was the surgeon who is very nice and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend them.

They have the best staff around! From checking in through pre-op, surgery,and post-op recovery, everything that could be done to make me feel as relaxed and comfortable as possible, was done. Everyone with whom I came in contact was professional and efficient as well as friendly, kind, and caring. Major kudos to Tony, Alan, and Maria! They went above and beyond and I really appreciate it.

Staff were efficient, gracious and supportive, from the moment you walk in to when you leave. I had cataract surgery done there this month and am very much satisfied with the experience. My physician was Dr. Pokabla.
