Prior to your appointment, please print out and bring with you the Patient Information, Patient Medical History, and Dilated Eye Consent/Payment Policy Forms. 2. I have been seeing Dr. Wlaschin for about 18 years now. Out of the 34 years of having to see eye doctors she far exceeds in all aspects. Her professionalism and actual genuine care for your eye health is what has me staying. She explains every question you may have and spends the time with you to ensure you understand the answer and does not rush you out the door for the next patient. After being a patient for so long it's like going to see a member of my family. I take my children there as well and she made them feel so comfortable and made the experience fun for them. I'm thinking of relocating

Being one of the “lucky ones” with perfect eyesight and negative problems made going to Dr Wlaschin very routine. Last year she spotted a microscopic spec of plaque in my right eye blood vessel during a “routine examination” and recommended I go have it checked out quickly. Surgery quickly followed for an 80% aortic artery blockage with no symptoms. She probably saved my life. She is one of those exception medical professionals. Thanks you.

My daughter was recently struggling with learning how to use contact lenses. Miss Patti was a blessing and met with my daughter numerous times to encourage her. My daughter eventually reached success and now enjoys wearing contacts everyday.

Clifton Park Eye Care Associates offer superior, quality eye care. I first went to Dr. Wlaschin over 20 years ago after my family doctor recommended her. She is always patient, and thoroughly answers the many questions I always seem to have. She always treats her patients as she would family members. Everyone employed there does the same. This is the advantage of an independently owned business as opposed to a chain. Heather has for many years done a great job of fitting and adjusting eyeglasses for me. There was no wait when I went today and Heather or Diane just look at me like I had 3 heads. So I go to Walmart there is an eye care place there. 2 minutes to adjust my glasses WITH NO WAIT. I’m leaving and getting new glasses if I have to in a different place.
I see the covid issue but they did it before, why all of a sudden. Ridiculous. I would put a negative star if possible.
