Dr. Robinson is a native of Syracuse and has enjoyed practicing in the Capital Region since 2007. He graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Chemistry before attending medical school at the University of Rochester. He then completed his intern year St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center and his ophthalmology residency at SUNY Health Science Center in Syracuse.

Receptionist named Mary or Mary Lou yelled at my nearly 90 year old grandparents for requesting to go into their appointment together because my 86 year old grandmother has trouble remembering things and walking steady on her own. Although there is covid she has every right to have a chaperone during an office visit. Either way she could have simply told them no. Who in their right mind would scream at two elderly people who were excited for their appointment. Absolutely insane. Never go here so unprofessional.

I really liked the cleanliness precautions they to took at the office. Everyone wore masks and gloves. A guy came around cleaning chairs and doorknobs. They kept me away from other patients for most of my visit. I saw them cleaning equipment between patients. All patients had to wear masks too. I felt safe. I felt like they cared about my safety

Avoid this practice at all cost. The office manager, Maryann is the rudest person I've ever spoke to in my life and the entire staff are terrible to deal with.
I made the mistake of calling ahead before my appointment to verify they took my new insurance. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude and told me it was against their policy to tell me if they took my insurance.
Then the delightful Mary Ann called me back and was so condescending I couldn't believe it. I've never had someone speak down to me like that all because I was trying to find out if they took my insurance
