My computer was experiencing the blue screen of death and I spoke to Brandon who came out to my location and worked to resolve my problem. My computer was not functioning properly due to a nasty virus it had received. I couldn't connect to the internet, use certain "apps", ect. Brandon at PC Repair Phoenix helped me recover my device - without losing any of my own files like for school and work. Nor any of my media like pictures and music. He even uploaded virus and malware protection to keep my device secure! All for a fair price. It's worked amazing since and I haven't had any new issues pop-up. 10/10 would use them again.
