We can help guide you through the process of settling the loved one's estate, which may include probate. The complexity of settling an estate is often related to the size and value of the estate, but sometimes even a simple estate will require a full probate process.
Every person should have a life and estate plan that includes provisions for both family and business. At the very minimum, to deal with problems that may arise during your lifetime, your basic estate plan should consists of a Basic Will, Durable General Power of Attorney, and Advance Health Care Directive (or Living Will).
