Cierra Brown is committed to serving families and youth as they navigate the criminal court system. Prior to joining the practice of law, Cierra worked as a Youth Advisor for Washoe County Department of Juvenile Services in Reno, Nevada. It was there, as she worked closely with underprivileged youth, she realized the full power of the law and the need for strong advocates.
While most of us do not intend to go out and drive under the influence, sometimes it happens. Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII) is one of the most common charges that you can face, and when you find yourself accused of driving under the influence, it is important to act fast to secure focused and supportive legal representation.
Even if you believe you may be guilty of DUII, an experienced DUII attorney can sometimes avoid a license suspension. The DMV process can impact your right to drive in Oregon. It is not a criminal process, but it can be critical to how your criminal DUII case will be resolved. You need to act quickly and retain an attorney who knows what they are doing and who can preserve your right to a hearing.
You may be eligible for "diversion" if this is your first DUII arrest. Diversion is an extensive treatment program that lasts one year and will require regular testing for drugs and alcohol and participation in group and individual treatment sessions. If completed successfully, the DUII charge will be dismissed.

Cierra brown is sincere, honest, hard working and realistic. She's had an open mind, listened to everything that I've said and she's been not only a voice for me that the judge hears and respects but she's also been very fourth coming and had truly worked her tail off for me. She has an amazing team along side of her that just makes Metro law group THE go to attorneys office

I'd give zero stars if I could. The secretary was snobbish, condescending and argumentative. Cierra Brown rarely, if ever returned my calls. She asked the client, "why should I do this for you?". This was the worst attorney I'd ever worked with communication wise and results wise. This ended in a very poor outcome with no follow up.
