The staff was super nice and helpful, and they seem to have done a good job fixing my car. My complaint comes in the form of a price quote before repairs began. I spoke to one of the representatives and they quoted me one price, but when the repairs were finished, the price was higher than originally discussed. I was not alerted of the changes, even though we swapped phone calls during the process of the car repair. When I requested the original quote document, there was not one to see if I misinterpreted the original price. I do recommend Shook for repairs; however, make sure you are on the same

Pulled in with low tire pressure indicator on for one tire and asked if they could check the air. I was greeted promptly and friendly. Technician then found the nail in the tire and it was repaired promptly. As a vacationer who admittedly will probably not need services, I would not hesitate to trust my vehicle with a professional shop like this. I spent most of my life in Auto service and repair (raised in a firestone store) and would be proud to see my staff treat customers in this professional and friendly fashion.

I bought $1000 worth of tires from them in Aug 2019. In Jan of 2020 I did a brake job on the same vehicle. Shook was the last time anyone had the wheels off of this car. Upon starting the brake job I found one lug nut that I could turn with my fingers (no wrench needed). I had another lug nut (same wheel) that had been cross threaded when i stalled and sheared off when I tried to remove it.
Shook told me that "all lugs get torqued to spec" and it could not be their fault. Instead of owning what was obviously their mistake... they charged me to replace the broken lug... the lug

This place is great.We had 2 tire blow out on our RV while heading camping. My husband called Shooks tire and talked to Darrell, he was so nice and went way beyond to help us out.It was great to know there are still nice people with big hearts to help someone out.He even called to check to see that we got back on the road..Definitely use them if you are in need of tires..Darrell is great, can not think him enough.
