Hope, from Kern apartments, was very professional to work with. We needed a place quickly and Hope worked with us to make sure that happened. She was available during business hours as well as evenings and weekends to answer our questions. I would highly recommend using Kern Apartments for your rental needs.

As a first time apartment renter, Kern Apartments was good to me. I lived in a studio at the Belle Terrace complex. For being so close to the freeway and within walking distance to the Stockale/California area as well as the Ming/New Stine area, I felt like rates ($580 - $630) were a steal. Management is nice and seems to genuinely care about your quality of life. They were always quick to follow up with problems and I never had any complaints about their conduct. They even exchanged my microwave for free. Overall I'd definitely recommend Kern Apartments to just about anyone.

Working with Hope and the Kern Apartments staff has been such a pleasant experience. Hope went out of her way to make sure my move in process went smoothly and that I was comfortable in my new apartment. When problems arose (leaky toilet) she worked quickly to make sure the problem was resolved. I'd definitely recommend Kern Apartments to anyone looking for a place to live!

My experience has been great so far. Hope, the manager I leased from, is so sweet and helpful and always there to answer your call when you need her. I once locked myself out of my apartment and she was def quick to come by and help me out! The landlord is also very friendly and always making sure you don't need anything when you see her. I have not had any problems with the other tenants so far as well. Only thing is, I wish there were more washer and dryers since they do seem to break every now and then from people overloading them, but other than that, can't complain!!

These people are by far the worst property managers I have ever come across. Shady, ridiculously underhanded, all around lame. At first I thought they just didn't like me personally, and were just making my life miserable out of spite, but I found out that it wasn't just me, and that other tenants in my building were having the same problems I was having. I would never consider renting from them again, under any circumstances.
