Services
Our humble beginnings started in 2007 when my husband and I launched Kidtime Daycare from our home in Leesburg, VA. During that time, we built a great reputation for providing families with academic excellence and exceptional care. In the summer of 2012, we found the Hamilton Rescue Squad building on the market for sale.
Meet our friendly, passionate and experienced team is at the heart of our success at KCA. They teach every child to develop positive skills, inspire creativity, and makes learning fun for every child. They love kids and provide them with a foundation for lifelong success while teaching and sharing God's love.
The National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) published the Study of Early Child Care and Youth Development (SECCYD) in 2010. This was the most comprehensive study ever done following the long-term effects of child care at an early age on children's social, emotional, intellectual, and language development through their teen years.
We offer full and part time preschool programs and after school enrichment for kids 2 -7 years of age. Please contact us to schedule a private tour where you will have the opportunity to meet our team members, visit each classroom, and learn more about our program curriculum, special events, extracurricular activities, and program rates.
Extended care is included with both our full-time and part-time programs but is limited to 10 hours a day. Extended care is not offered for our 2-year-old morning program. We use the Creative Curriculum and the Gospel Light Curriculum. We are also a member of Virginia Quality and we have achieved a Level 2 Certification.

My grandson started at KCA about a month ago. We have been very pleased with the care he has received there. The center is so welcoming and the staff is so friendly. I receive pictures during the day, of my grandson actively involved in school. He is happy, he’s made new friends, and he loves to FaceTime me and tell me about his day. If you are searching for a center for your child, I highly suggest KCA. ❤️

KCA is an amazing school! My son is thriving with all that he is learning! They use creative curriculum as well as gospel light! I love having my son come home singing different songs that his teachers have taught him! His favorite lately has been “Our God is an Awesome God” He tells us all about the different themes that they are learning about and the teachers communicate very well! The administration is always trying to involve parents and comes up with great events to get the KCA family together! I highly recommend KCA!

Our 3 year daughter began attending KCA in early February 2016 from an in-home care situation. The KCA staff handled this transition for her wonderfully. Since then she has made great friends, looks forward to going to school, is obviously comfortable with the teaching staff & administrators, and is sad to leave for home! I would recommend their care without reservation.

I strongly DO NOT recommend this school. They hide behind a façade of Christianity but there is nothing Christian in their actions. My son was enrolled in their school this fall in the pre-school program for 3 days a week. The communication issues started immediately.

We love KCA! My 3 year old has been attending for almost a year and we just recently enrolled our 6 year old in their after school program. Loving staff and I know my girls are being cared for as I would care and love them. They follow the Mother Goose Pre School program and she is learning so much! Highly recommend KCA.
We would have stayed with them in Leesburg! It's only a win, win now they decided to relocate their business to Hamilton, since we live down the street!

Kidtime Christian Academy has met all of my expectations! As teachers, my husband and I know the importance of showing love, care and compassion towards children and the staff at KCA do just that! My little girl loves KCA and I feel at peace when I drop her off knowing that she is being cared for so wonderfully as well as being exposed to a great curriculum! I would recommend Kidtime to anyone looking for ideal childcare!

My daughter attended KCA for 7 months, and we were thrilled with every aspect about the school. Location forced our change --- otherwise, we would still be there. Michelle, Francesca, and the rest of the team create a fantastic learning environment full of fun. We would highly recommend KCA to anyone looking for a caring, nurturing atmosphere.

Michelle and her teachers' are absolutely Phenomenal!!! They treat my son as their own. A place like this is VERY hard to come by!!! I have explored multiple Centers, and this is a school!!! I have faith that my son will accelerate quickly due to Michelle's excellent teaching and lesson plans. This is by no means your typical "daycare". I am so blessed to have been referred to Michelle's privately, family owned school.
If you want your child in a safe, loving environment this is the place for you! I am more than happy to personally speak
