They don't buy new sheets, the comforter has stains and I guess they reuse them.
Bathroom and shower are good though, hot water.
Th WIFI is crap; it says I'm connected but there's no connection to the internet at all.
* they wash the sheets but the stains don't go away so maybe that's why I see it disgusting. I just use my own blanket to snuggle in.
Overall I'm off the streets and that's better.

I didn't stay there i was trying to book a room there and the lady on the phone was rude it made me not want to stay there. I asked how much for a room that I work near by, she 1st said $105 a night then she went down to $95 for a 1 bed room, I then asked about Triple A or AARP she said no. I said on the Hotel Planner.com said you offer those discounts she said no, then she stated they were sold out only had 2 beds room available and that she couldn't give me that room or price just for 1 person. Rude, no hospitality what so ever. Extremely dirty room. They clearly don't care about covid! Was a non smoking room but smelt of smoke. The blankets and sheets were either dirty or stained. The walls had blood on them. Was a total mess.. If we didn't come from out of town we definitely would have stayed somewhere else. The lady at the desk was super argumentative. Don't stay here!

Stood at this place last night. Room 107. Place was so dusty the blankets didn't smell like they were freshly washed at all. 2 small seemingly old pillows. We asked for non smoking and the place smelled like smoke. My friends daughter walked barefoot in the room for a bit in the morning and her feet were BLACK afterwards. The tub was dirty. Not stained but dirty. In the bathroom there was some type of residue built up on the floor. You can tell the place was NOT properly cleaned or sanitized at all. We just needed a quick place to sleep and all other places were booked or else we would've walked

This place is affordable and quiet, with plenty of parking and away from the street noise. It is a nice little sanctuary if you're trying to be in a quiet, restful spot. The place doesn't have a coffee machine in the room, but they do offer fridge, microwave, ironing boards, iron and hairdryers. Basic accommodations, but they have good enough cable with enough options. My main concern is that there are bugs in this place. I dealt with it for 2 nights on my own, sleeping with the lights on so they can not come out, but that wasn't allowing me to rest. So I complained nicely, asked

This hotel seems welcoming, but once you're here that changes immediately! The rooms have been updated and seemed clean, but a Clorox wipe said otherwise. Everything was going well until management started harassing paying guests and the few friends who met up with us to head to a club we were all going to. They claimed to not have enough parking, but there was plenty; even when we got back from the club. Managers kept threatening to to tow cars, took pictures of plates, were extremely rude to paying guests just because we were hanging out in each other's rooms!! Wish I can say we were

My husband booked a room for New Year's Eve into New Year day... and well it wasn't what we expected, it was a family getaway with our son and were hoping for a cleaner room the fridge door was busted, paint on the bathroom door was peeling off, stained bathtub, really badly stained carpet and the smell wasn't too pleasant! I would appreciate if locations as such would invest more money and time on maintaining their facility cleaner and in a more welcoming manner... complete fail, Thank you but we won't be returning again and I wouldn't recommend it specially for a family

This place was absolute trash. The staff was rude and watched your every move. I went here for a festival and stayed next door to friends and the staff called my room and harassed me about my friends next door and them not moving there car off property 4 mins after they had just checked out. We didn't even get our room cleaned after we asked. Not to mention the quality of the room subpar at best. I would not recommend this place at all. I'd actually rather sleep in my car.

Comfortable and roomy. Checking in was hassle free. They do require a $50 deposit in cash. The room was hot at walk it so the a/c was off which I didn't appreciate. The beds were comfortable. The room was large with plenty of room with a couch. It does include a microwave and mini fridge. The bathroom was a good size and clean. Overall it was a good comfortable stay and not bad for the price.

Zero stars would be best for this place . My boyfriend and I checked in late at night. We were too tired to drive by then. We went in and the bell ringer didn't work . So my bf noticed it was crooked and he tried fixing it. Long story short the front desk a-hole charged us for it from the deposit the next day !
We went into the room and it was non smoking but smelled like it was smoked in before 100s of times. By this time I was just too tired and we just opened the window turned on the heater and fan.
I didn't use anything else beside the toilet and the toilet paper and hand washing

Worst place ever! Stay away. I've never gave a bad review, but this place had roaches and it was never cleaned. The lady in the counter was sweet but that doesn't make it right. The picture of the microwave is how it was when we arrived and they never came to change it. If I had my children with me, no way I'd stay. I use to come here more than 10 years ago and it was so clean and the kids had fun in the pool.

We walked in, looked at the bed based off of the reviews and walked right out. The lady was trying to not give us a refund. She was stating that the bed cover is dirty so they put a clean sheet on it making the whole bed clean. NO. That is not how it works. I will never stay there. If I could put 0 stars, I would.

Our stay was ok but the lady at the front desk was rude and had an attitude. They didn't have a breakfast, which was stated on their website that they did. Right at 11am someone walked into our room to clean without knocking. They do not have an extended check out time and when asked if they did we received more attitude.

your run down establishment has been the worse experience i have ever had by far!!! your hotel is a dump. but i could almost learn to deal with that. what really offends me is your horrible, lack of regard, disrespectful, undignified, rude, and cruel way you treat the people staying in your dump of a motel!! i have never been so offended and outraged in my entire life!!! this is how you do business???!!!!!! i hope your hotel shuts down and you rot in hell as a reward for the way you treat people!!!!!!!

Stayed one night while visiting family in the area. Price was right, a little noisy from street as its on busy street Imperial Hwy. Room was semi clean, bathroom wall had dried stain on it that should have been noticed by housekeeping to clean it. Room had fridge, and couch.

When I'm in the area this is my MoMo of choice, I've been to others in the area and just didn't like them.
I came across Regency Inn & Suites by yelping. I arrived in Downey early in the morning and my reservation at another motel got lost in the shuffle and didn't have anymore space. So I hit the yelp search feature and found this place.
The rooms are pretty big and they have a nice size t.v. and a small refrigerator to put some food and drinks. The rooms also have a two tables and a sofa to chillax
