Zero stars. The workers are so rude and don't care. I waited 40 mins to have somebody change out the battery in the smoke detector. I called the front desk again and I was told they would call me right back with an ETA. Ten minutes later still no call so I went to the front desk and the two ladies there didn't seem to care, I explained that I need to go to sleep because I had to work soon and they said well we don't have any batteries so I don't know what to tell you. They could have handled the situation much better or offered a solution. There's also prostitution going

Y'all got roaches in building 6. Room smells like cigarettes. Whole place look like the projects crackheads in the parking lot. Tv don't work and you only have 20 channels. No ice machine near me had to walk from one side of the property to the other. I just payed $100+ to stay at my baby mama crib.

I like this place. Not the best but for quick stay and for the price not bad. funny how people are complaining about steep deposit $100 because its refundable when you check out.. Pools are huge and parking lot.
I check in late but process was quick. Reception lady is nice. Room needs few improvements but not bad. Tv have limited channels and no refrigerator. Bed is ok.

Honestly not a bad hotel. We tend to go to hotels just to sleep and for that not bad. However we paid for non smoking and the moment we walked in it reeked of smoke. Plus the coffee pot was just gone and under the bed we found a coke bottle with cigarette buds in them. So not exactly the thouroughly cleaned place but all things considered the pool was nice,,? our beds were very comfortable and clean (maybe out dated) but clean. I can't say I wouldn't go here again because honestly the value and discount we got was great but if money was no issue definitely look elsewhere.

For starters as soon as I opened the door i got a big whiff of cigarette smell that smells terrible. The TV here is super small about 22 inches with poor quality. the remote was also malfunctioning pressing one number would make it click twice. the bathroom was decent minus the rusty curtain holder and shower head. its not terrible but for paying 100 a night there's definitely better stays.

Horrible. Carpet is sticky. Pillows are tiny. Rooms smelly like mildew. TV doesn't work well it's all fuzzy. Pool looks amazing but we can't use it and no mention of that on web site. Front desk person didn't have a mask on when she approached me but put it on as I asked for my room. Huge deposit required. No coffee maker. This place charges you like a good quality hotel but in reality it's a rundown hotel with no customer service or care for the comfort of its guests

I checked into the saddleback hotel on the 14th of March 2020. Everything looked nice when driving into the hotel property, lobby looked elegant. Check in was very fast and easy, the walk to the room was good no bad encounters. The room itself looked very clean, I did a search (I usually check around for roaches or trash etc) found nothing. But 20 mins later after relaxing I decide to brush my teeth and as I'm brushing I look down to the sink to spit & MY GOD!!! Man, oh man!! I came into town and booked super last minute over the phone on a whim. At $100 a night ($97.90 to be exact), you'd think they would offer a pleasant & clean stay. I was brutally mistaken.
Maybe my expectations have raised a little since moving to Las Vegas where fancy resorts on the strip offer great weekday deals. I honestly felt ripped off at Saddleback especially when awesome Vegas hotels charge $35 + outrageous resort fees making the total $80 a night.

What a crap place!! I mean I have read reviews before I even booked my room here, but thought of giving a try but ya those reviewers said truth. This place is all about money like u have to pay for WiFi like $35 cents per mins like I never seen like that before especially in hotel. Hella noise I couldn't even sleep at all whole night Btwn place is in kinda ghetto area (to be honest). Outside was pretty dirty and I was in a building #4 it looked kinda scary to me like lotta people were looking and walking around my room shhh. I have been 3 times in this hotel, the first two were excellent, so I decided to go for my third time, after checking in at the lobby I asked what size of bed the room has, the lady answered that i doesn't matter because it depends on the availability of the hotel!? But when you book a room you get charged more for a king bed instead of two beds. Hotel is very nice and clean. Yes, I did see a cockroach but it's outside on the sidewalk outside the parking lot. The beds are amazingly comfortable.Nice would recommend don't trust the neg comment
"Advantage Rental Car" - Guys don't choose this. This rental car place is what you call trash. My family has already prepay the car and when we get there they said we need to pay $100 more to rent a car when in their website it only said if the driver is under 25 then

I got here to check in and the line was to the door and I stood in line for over 20 mins there was only 1 front desk clerk till another one finally showed up. There was crumbs in the chair in the room along with a broken piece of glass. There was hair on the bathroom floor and the tub disgusting. The top blanket on the bed had crumbs and you can just tell it wasn't cleaned very good. The housekeeper came knocking on the door to clean at 8:50. I would never stay again personally.

And the time that I have stayed at GuestHouse International Hotel which was back on July 11, 2017 which was on a Tuesday!!! First off, never been bagged checked at a wedding! Super un-classy!!! Visited for my cousins wedding.
Parking - arrived their at 1630 and greeted by a kid trying to sell me a fake watch. Waited at the parking lot for a bit because the party started at 1700. Walked in the lobby about 1705 and had to wait another 10 minutes because the staff wasn't ready setting up. Wasn't my wedding so I wasn't worried.
Venue I wouldn't recommend it. Two ball rooms and night club outside at a hotel in Norwalk. Hints the security presents.
