On September 25, I rented two rooms. We arrived very late after driving 10 hours. All we wanted was to sleep, so I did not inspect the room when we arrived. The next morning, I noticed that the room was quite dirty. When we were about to take a shower, once placing my son on the shower floor, I had noticed that there were shards of glass in the tub. Thankfully, my son did not get injured. I went to the front office to complain but they did not show any concern. They told me they did not know why we found the room like it was, since it was supposedly cleaned. I wonder how someone would go in to

Management here is pathetic. The guy at the front lobby was absolutely no help. First, you're not allowed to check in anytime before 3:00 pm, but most hotels let you check in early. But if you'd like to check in early, you can always pay the extra money lol. Not to mention that when my husband and I tried to check in, the lobby guy asked for our ID then proceeded to look over my husbands ID for about 5 minutes than called some guy for another 5 minutes, mentioning the name which was weird? When we questioned him about it, he said he was doing a random phone call to a friend but who does

Friendly staff and they will work with you, they were understanding to my dilemma and did not give me a hard time. Great customer service, the place is cute looks like mini houses and the room was nice. No complaints here. As we checked out same thing the guy behind the counter was friendly. I'll be back again. Give this place a shot somt let some of the reviews here scare you. Be your own judge.

This place was neat and clean, comfortable bed. My favorite part was the shower and my boyfriend's was the cable/ satellite TV service. Good verity of channel selections on a flat screen TV. Parking space is right in front of your room! Had no problems checking in or out. My bf and I definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

This place was pretty great. i booked this place thru hotels.com and everything went smoothly. The inn is surrounded by other inns on a busy street but it was pretty easy to find. The parking lot was easy to get into with lots of open spaces. The rooms look like little town homes, which I like :)

Amazing experience. Everyone that was at the lobby the times I stepped in (Check in and check out time) were extremely nice and welcoming and it all felt very genuine.
The room itself was great! It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well kept. Overall a very nice room. Its not what you would expect given the city in which the hotel is situated in, but it was great. I would recommend it and would stay there again without thinking twice about it.

Clean room and bath. Everything looks new: carpet, tile, shower, paint and furniture.
I never noticed street noise other reviewers mentioned.
Registration was helpful and gave me a great nearby recommendation when I asked for a nearby electronics store.
It's not fancy. But it is very clean, newly remodeled, and comfortable. I'd stay here again.

Pros: clean. Relatively cheap.
Cons:
The amount of air freshener in the wall AC is so much that not only does it make me nauseous and even all of my clothes have the same smell for weeks.
The hotel is under flight path, expect a flight every five minutes.
The fire alarm flashes green light every once a while, very annoying, especially when you are falling in sleep.
The toilet seat feels like it is going to fall off any minute.
The wall is not well insulated, I can hear the neighbor snore and it's phone vibrate/ring.
The WiFi is unreliable especially for PC.

-Walls were dirty. (handprints, lipstick, paint, water stains etc. on almost every wall in the room)
-The cover on the bed was stained. The bottom blanket, sheets and pillow were clean.

Despite the minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again. The hotel was central and our drive to anywhere was 15-30 minutes.

Good service. they really caught me off guard with the tidiness, service, & continental breakfast, considering the area, I really thought I was getting what I was paying for.......but I really enjoyed my stay. The bungalows were pretty spaced out and towards the back, away from the immediate traffic nearby. That really made me feel comfortable and more at home. Beds were clean and fresh, and my room was very comfortable. Loved it here. I'd definitely keep this motel in mind next time I'm looking.

Super friendly staff. Let us check in a little early cause our room was ready already to drop off our bags. Met all our accommodations. Room was clean. Had HBO and showtimes which was nice. The jetted Tub a little small but it did the job. Area seems a little sketch. But it seemed like they had security on grounds and night which was reassuring. Great bang for buck. Would stay here again.

Diamond Bell is a great value/quality ratio hotel. The hotel people were nice and the rooms are new and clean. I was worried about the neighborhood, but it is safe, there is a hotel security all night guarding the hotel. The breakfast could be improved, but it gets you through the morning.

I was in the area on business for 2 nights. Being a budget traveler I usually stay in lower cost hotels which never surprise me with their noise levels, poor cleanliness and overall lack luster feel. Diamond bell inn was different. Room was large, clean, updated and well appointed. Above this the staff seemed to be fully en gaged with making sure their guests are well taken care of. I had some wifi connectivity issues(my issue not the hotel) and the front office not only brought me a LAN wire but went on to actually fix the wifi issue I was having. Above and beyond. I had some business docs too
