Ive been here 2 years now and it’s a great, quiet community. The atmosphere is peaceful and safe, so far I’ve had great neighbors and I try to be one as well. The view from my patio is Mesmerizing.The pool and the entertainment areas are always maintained properly. The property manager is professional and timely with all tenants and guess, she’s a person that is concerned and willing to help at all times.
I think Prosper is a great place to live and Im expecting even better experiences with prosper in the future.

Quiana was the absolute best the other day I needed assistance with a place to have a small meeting! Signing the contract was as easy as one two three!! I thought I had to jump through hoops to take care of an issue and she made it so easy!!! Absolutely made my day with her professionalism!!! General Manager duties are her top priority and making sure her residents are happy are at the top of the list!! Thank you for everything QuiQui!!!! You’re the best!!!

OMG!!!!! The new management is so awesome!!!! I usually come in late from work and miss any contact with office personnel. She came out of the office as I was checking my mailbox and introduced herself. She invited me into the office to converse about my day and later we discussed our stay here. I've never been so reassured that management has MY family's BEST INTEREST AT HEART. Our comfort was important. The maintenance was important. Everything was important. Everything is new! The atmosphere is different! It's so refreshingly refreshing!!! Thank you DLP for sending this breath of fresh air!

My experience here so far has been great. Ms.Tonya made my husband and I feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. She brought out true hospitality and I like that in a landlord. If you are looking into moving here she is the one to go to. The apartments are spaceous and they do accept pets which is a plus in my book. Most apartments I have lived in offer just carpet, but this apartment complex offers carpet and floors. All around 5 stars
