Paul Tieche is the owner and inspector of PT Home Inspections, LLC. The son of a carpenter, Paul was exposed to the home-building industry at a young age, and he quickly fell in love with the work. Paul's family lived in an older home, and as he was growing up, Paul helped make extensive renovations, benefitting from the skillful knowledge of his father, uncle, and family friends.

Professional, clear, and to the point. The inspector (Paul) allowed us to ask questions and was detailed throughout the inspection. He was easy to communicate with online as well and was prompt to respond to emails! Would definitely recommend and appreciate all that was done!

Paul is the best inspector I have ever worked with. He is beyond knowledgeable and a born teacher. Very patient, explains things perfectly and his attention to detail is impeccable. Not only did he do a head to toe inspection and produce an exhaustive illustrated report but he spent 2.5 hours on the phone going over it with me, since I was unable to join the inspection itself. He is also very nice person and gives you confidence you know what you are buying--the good and the bad and how to sequence repairs in terms of urgency. I would recommend him without reservation--its hard to find such a high

If you are getting a home inspection, you will be blown away with level of detail Paul goes in to. He was able to meet our time-line, and he was very professional in all his correspondence. When I met with him, he was very friendly and patient with my questions as a first time home buyer. Paul was absolutely an amazing inspector! Extremely thorough and detailed. After he was finished with the inspection, I showed up and he walked me through everything he found and answered all my novice questions about the home. Took plenty of pictures and made it super easy to go back and review everything from his website for future use. My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Paul from PT Home Inspections recently. We are first time homebuyers so we are new to the whole process. Paul was incredibly helpful in multiple ways.
