Our home inspection was very thorough and the inspectors were very knowledgeable and professional. They showed up on time and were meticulous in checking everything, both inside and outside. They were very patient and helpful in answering all of our questions and explaining how various components in the house worked, and at the end of the inspection they reviewed all findings and discussed recommended remedies. We would definitely use their services again and we highly recommend them to others.

Owner Greg Clatterbuck was the ultimate professional. This was the third home inspection I've had done, and his was the best. He was thorough, meticulous, professional, and highly knowledgeable. His report was detailed and complete. We were especially impressed that he color-coded his findings, with red signifying potential safety concerns and blue marking more general observations. I highly recommend him to other home-buyers.
