If you're looking to buy I would STRONGLY recommend you go with Kevin and his company Key Inspector. I called him on a Friday and we were able to book him for a Monday inspection. He's extremely detailed and I very much appreciated his professionalism. He was able to guide me step by step through the entire inspection and answered all my questions. Total time of inspection was three (3) hours. He's worth every minute.

Kevin was great. I had issues with confirming the appointment and Kevin went the extra mile and sent me info to help with the issues I was having. Kevin was beyond flexible with scheduling. Kevin was on site early ready for the inspection before I got there. The biggest thing I took away from the inspection was Kevin's attention to detail and thoroughness which in turn, made me feel at ease and comfortable with knowing if there were any issues that he would have found it.

We would highly recommend Kevin from KEY Inspector for any of your home inspection needs. He spent about 4 hours going through every aspect of our house. While we were accompanying him, he also made sure to note every issue he noted and explained very clearly to us why they were issues and what our potential fixes could be. As most people are aware, homes fly off the market here. We found a home and wanted to close as quickly as possible. The inspector that our realtor recommended didn't have any appointments for another week or so. I reached out on Yelp to get some quotes and see availability. Kevin was really prompt in responding and had availability within two days. He was also reasonably priced.
As far as the home inspection, he was thorough and explained everything he was seeing. He made some professional recommendations, as well. Also, he is just a cool guy in general so having him in the house with us
