I had a Facelift, the shortening of the distance between my upper lip and my nose, lower eye lid surgery and a TCA peeling.
One Star for Integrity and Trust: I was repeatedly lied at when I questioned this doctor about the cause of chemical burns on my neck and on my earlobes.
One Star for Skills and Aesthetic: When he shortened the distance between my nose and my lips, this doctor repositioned my nostrils in the wrong spot, opening, widening and pulling them downwards and also pinching the skin along the scars.
He had to operate a second time to reposition my right ear and for the second time

I can NOT say enough great things about Dr, Sedati and his team! Before selecting Dr Sedati, I did my research and instantly knew he was "the one." I visited several doctors before making a choice and Dr Sedati was so thorough on his exam and asked a lot of questions of me. The others spent 2-3 minutes with me before passing me along to the "finance" department. Not here! But once I was I fell in love with Janet. She always took my calls and talked me through things on more than one occasion!

I just had my 2 month follow up with Dr. Sadati and everything has healed quite nicely. If you have never been, you should treat yourself to a bit of indulgence. The staff and service is gold standard. It can test your nerves to undergo elective surgery, but you will be treated very well by the professionals and have aftercare instructions explicitly documented leaving nothing to chance. Terrible experience! Incompetent office staff. They asked me to send photos with a description of the procedure that I was seeking, which I did the same day. Someone from the office called to schedule a virtual consultation, for which I waited two months. There was no follow-up. When I called the office on the day of my scheduled virtual consultation, I was told that I wasn't on the schedule, that there was no record of my scheduled consultation, and that Dr. Sadati does not perform the type of procedure I am seeking (scar revision). Can't say enough about my experience here with Dr Sadati. I was so nervous because this is my face. I wanted a surgeon that has tons of experience on faces. Let's just say he is amazing! It's only been two weeks, and I feel great. My neck looks 20 years younger, my cheeks no longer have all the wrinkles when I smile. I love the fact it was done under twilight, not general anesthesia. I hate writing one star reviews but my experience going to this doctor was sub-par. I had gotten a rhinoplasty with Dr. Sadati hoping my nose would be much smaller and upturned. I had shown him specific reference images for what I wanted. I'm extremely disappointed with my results. My nose is completely different than the images I showed him, and my tip continues to droop down. I waited a year and a half I returned to his offices seeking advice for revision, and was told I would be sent a estimate. I have still not heard from his staff. For his prices, you would expect for him to listen to

I had my surgery back in 2016, gave things a chance to heal, but now have to have things corrected. Glad others had a good experience, I had issues with infection, and still have issues to this day from things not healing properly. I had contacted him, and he gave me antibiotics. I have dealt with numerous issues of infection from the right side of my face. I have horrible keloid scars now, and my ears are obviously disproportionate. I'd just like my money back at this point, I now have to find someone to correct the surgery. I have all of the emails and correspondence to prove it. Really
