I applied for a Loan in November, It was accepted and I was approved for $2600.00, Perfect! Just the amount I needed. I agreed to their extremely high interest rate, why? Because I had bad credit like most of us do. I have a good job and they knew this. I accepted them to automatically withdraw from my account, $112.00 every WEEK! I have never missed a payment and this week I called to see if they could work with me on this 1 weeks payment because my registration is expired and i recieved a ticket that needs to be paid ASAP. They will give you an apr at 215%!!! Your loan of 3000 will come out around 13,000!!! And they charge a 75 dollar fee for the loan. They tried to emphasize that they wont charge a pre payment penalty but most places do not even charge you a pre payment penalty nor a 75 dollar fee nor a ridiculous 215%. That apr should be illegal. Stay away from these scammers.

Vy their rep, duped you into applying after I told her I didn't think I would get funded and she was steady claiming they work with all types of credit as low as 550 and as I thought...DENIED. and I am well above that! So now no loan and an inquiry from this sham of a business. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY CLAIM!

Heres the thing- this is an EMERGENCY my life is ending I have no other means loan. While mostly anyone can get approved, its really super crazy expensive. That is not why I am complaining. I have tried paying this loan off a few times and I get the run around. Which I am not sure is exactly legal. I have gotten transferred so many times its frustrating with a wide range of excuses as to why they cant find my loan :( which means paying interesting on amounts I shouldn't have.

I have taken out 3 loans from these clowns, always paying them off within a 60 day period to avoid interest as high as 175 percent. I know the cost of these loans and with a 650 credit score these our the best rates I can get.
My issue is their payment processing staff. They have a supervisor there that on my last loan I paid off was very rude to me on the phone and very unprofessional
Loantopia after 5 business days still has not sent me a paid off receipt and my 303.00 overpayment check.
If I don't hear from them as they took my money out upon my approval back 7 days ago paying off a 5000

I get a loan offer with showing I'm prequalified, I go to apply and then they tell me I don't qualify because I don't have direct deposit. Doesn't say anything about I have to have direct deposit on this form or even the application online. Now I can't be helped because they didn't disclose none of this information to me. Have not been able to access my account for over two months. Sent message thru their website to find out what the problem was. No response. Called customer service got transferred around. Finally get to a person to talk to and he cannot even tell me the payoff balance or help find out why I cannot access my account. Website says they open at 9:00 am. it is 9:15. Problem still exists and the guy on the phone whine about me being rude. A company that does not respond to their own website contact page is rude.
