I had the worse service ever at this place!! afer a dip powder manicure almost four weeks later at the time to remove it,and have my new service, my nails got FUNGUS, in my left hand all nails are affected.first I contact them through Instagram and just was ignored! than I called the place and spoke directly with the owner, who verified my appoinment and just asked what was the name of the lady that provided me the service, and told me, that she will get back to me with an answer or solution, NEITHER NOR I HAVE RECEIVED UNTIL TODAY AN ANSWER FROM THEM!!!

What a disappointment today at Jade Nails!! I’ve been looking forward to this appointment for weeks as I’m going on a special trip & needed a job well done! The receptionist was great, helpful & sweet; but when it came to the nail tech, Daniela, it was awful! She seemed annoyed to take me to begin with. I booked Sculpted gel nails & when I asked her to explain the process she just started filing my cuticles with a little electric brush. No actual manicure was done before & when I asked her about it she said “oh I passed the little machine”! That’s not a manicure!!!

Had a wonderful experience ! I had to take my gel x nails off and I wanted a pedicure. Damaris was awesome 👏. My toe nails were a bit ingrown on the sides she took such good care of me . The owner made me a wonderful café con leche . My mom also got her coffee ☕️ lol . loved the environment . Place was super clean loved the decor . They take their time and make sure your comfortable im here on a business trip but when I’m back I will definitely be booking again . Thank you so much for your wonderful service .

I have been a client for years after my regular lady left the service has been awful. Every time I go the gel manicure starts to peel off after I week. Once I went got an AWFUL manicure and they never gave me another appointment to get my nails fixed or gave me my money back. Went two times after that and the new lady I tried was good of course she left I wonder why… Decided to try someone else since like I said I’ve been going to this place for years and this time the lady that did my pedicure cut my big toe and now it is swollen and pus is coming out, she did dip powder manicure, she didn’t

Yesterday, I visited Jade Nail Studio and had a gel manicure and regular pedicure done by Damaris. She was very sweet, professional and gentle. The cost was $40 and I am happy to report that I am very satisfied with the service I received. The salon is very clean and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed the music played while I got my treatment, as it provided a relaxing atmosphere, the way a spa is supposed to be. Thank you Damaris and the management of Jade. I will be back! Polyana

I came here to do my nails 2 days ago. I got the dip powder done which is what I always get because my nails never last with regular polish and unfortunately I'm allergic to gel. My today all my nails have popped off. I am externally disappointed at the fact that my nails only lasted 2 days. I've had my glue on nails from Walgreens last me longer(usually 4 days). With the amount of money I spent on my nails, they should have lasted me 2 weeks which is what dip nails usually last on me. I am disappointed at the fact that I spent my hard earned money on this service. I rather them not offer

I came her to get my nails done dip with tip. I made an appt on the phone they were really sweet told me it would be $65 as it was online. I got there, got my nails done. Time to pay and it's $80 cause of the tips. I paid cause whatever what can I do about it, my nails already done cant rip em off. They shouldve told me before upcharging me, but it gets worst. My nails all popped off and broke before the week was even over!! Do not go there for dip, that is clearly not the specialty. My nails looked great but for $92 total they should've lasted me till Judgement day.

This place is awesome! Lovely people and service. My nails always look and feel great after a visit here. The staff is hospitable, kind and polite and make you feel so comfortable. The nail studio is always so clean and decorated so beautifully. Oh, and they play great music too. It’s a perfect place to relax and get your nails done! I’ve been coming here for a little over a year and recommend it to all my girl friends! :)

I've been a client here for about 4 months now. The good: Everyone is super friendly and nice, the last time I got a gel mani, was done by Yenima, she was the best, gentle on my cuticles and the mani lasted me almost 4 weeks, definitely going back to her. In addition one time my gel manicure was falling off the second day, I went back and they fixed my nails. Great customer service. The constructive criticism: I've been cut a total of three times on my cuticles by other nail techs, I know it happens sometimes but IMO it's better to leave a bit of cuticle than to cut the skin. Found this place on Facebook and booked the special pedicure with free manicure. Was very impressed with the salon. Very clean, with beautiful decor. Felt very fancy without the fancy price tag. My nail tech Yudy was awesome. I ended up going with a gel manicure (French) and it looks amazing. My feet were in heaven.. nails looking pretty, feet feeling pampered. Super friendly staff, checked temperatures and kindly asked us to wash hands even before we were seated. Made me feel extremely comfortable how clean this place was. Will definitely return. Highly recommended. I honestly can't say enough

I had no idea they were going to charge me $10!!! to take OFF the previous dip I had on (no other place has charged me that), plus $5 for EACH tip applied, and another $10 for a tiny design I asked for. I left paying $90.. not coming back.

Very disappointed with this nail salon. I can't believe I walked out of there with this Mani pedi. I ended up getting an infection on my toe. I'massuming the nail tech (Damaris) did not clean her tools properly before working on me. I had an appointment for 3:20pm, they rescheduled for 3:45pm and then tried to reschedule it for 4pm. Overall a big let down.

Not a very good first impression. I went in for a simple upper lip and chin wax during my lunch hour since they are so close to my job. Well, they forgot to heat up the wax prior to my appt. It was hard as a rock. I had to wait about 15 min or so for the wax to be ready. I asked lady if they have another wax container that was warm and ready but she said no. They only have one wax container and it wasn't ready. Once she was done, I wasn't very happy with the results. They apologized for the delay but I won't be back.

I'll start off by saying 5 stars for the locations ambience, it's very cute and spacious. However I must be honest and rate it 2 stars because I arrived at 5:30 and left at 8:30 did a classic pedicure 25$ and a fresh nexgen dip set which was $15 because your first time the manicure is free so they up charge the difference. Once I was paying I ended up paying 50$ because they charge 5$ each tip and I had to get two nails fixed and when I asked " wow each tip? " ... the Peruvian owner response was very sassy like " mmmmm yeaaa, each nail is a different " in Spanish
