Great experience!! This company knows how to go above and beyond to take care of their customers and get the job done. Tommy is a man of his word and an honest hard working man. I had the pleasure to spend some time with him as he hooked up my vehicle and shared some laughs together.
All in all: Honest, understanding, fast and efficient.

Quoted me a fair price and was courteous through the whole process. Kept in contact with me as to the time he was arriving. Very professional. Initially contacted the business with the most reviews and was spoke to very impolitely and did not honor their yelp discount for an 8 mile tow giving me a 'rough' estimate at double the price. They towed my late fathers car very carefully, will use them again.

I had a van I needed to sell as junk and Tommy was very honest and fair in our business dealings. It was refreshing to deal with someone who isn't a scam artist. Hooks towing was recommended to me after the first tow I had booked ghosted me. Hooks returned my call within a few minutes and was very pleasant to work with. They came when they said they could be there. Very friendly! Their price was also significantly better than the first tow that was originally supposed to come. I highly recommend Hooks Towing!!

I would be careful using these guys. I watched him road rage against a black sedan today on I-10 and the 60. He was tailgating, switching lanes without blinkers, crossing the gore lines and flipping people off. All while having a car on the hook. I was afraid he was going to hit may car and the other dozens he endangered. I was amazed the car is was towing did not fall off.
