I needed to have my motorcycle towed. I was told that they were busy and would get to me in about 4 hours. I was at home, so accepted this. At hour 4, I called and politely asked for an eta. I was told the driver was picking up a bike that he was delivering "across the street " from me and would be picking up my bike in about 60 minutes. At hour 5, I called again for an eta and was told that the first driver had to go to a different town so I was waiting for a different driver who was about an hour away. Life happens and my vehicle would not start and so the search for a tow service begins. I dialed these guys and tow truck arrived within 25 minutes. Nat was the driver and was professional, knew exactly what to do and off went my ride to the repair shop. Super fair on price and would recommend these guys to anyone! Look no further, call them when "life" happens.

From the time I called and inquired about pricing for my car to be towed, to the tow truck driver meeting me where my car was and dropping it off at the repair shop… they are very nice friendly people. Very nice on the phone, didn’t rush me, they met me at my car in a very reasonable amount of time and the price was very affordable. Thank you for helping me get my car towed to the shop today so it could be fixed!!! I definitely recommend this company. Thanks again guys

I used Phoenix towing service for the first time this morning and they were amazing! Every step of the way from calling to get a quote to ensuring I could even track the service from beginning to end. Ray was excellent as well, super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Rude doesn't even begin to describe the owner of this company. Do yourself a favour and please read all the other 1 star reviews. He is extremely hostile.
Scheduled for vehicle to be towed at 5 pm. Was told they would be over no later than 11 pm. At 9 pm I get a call saying they can't make it, and get told to call the next day to schedule again. Called the next day and had the misfortune of getting the owner again. Told him I had a towing scheduled and was told to call again to reschedule since they couldn't make it. They don't seem to be very organized since the owner got confused why the other

This has to be one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Not only did they not show up to tow my car through Honda care when they answer the phone they say hello and not the business name so you don't even know you're calling a tow truck company on top of very rude and unprofessional. stay away from these people
