I called Fast5 broke down and unable to move with a flat tire on an RV. They demanded $160 via Zelle, to change a tire and said they would be a couple hours.
The person became abusive and rude, calling me an old man. I'm a retired military officer and have never encountered such rudeness. AAA referred them. They were notified of the rude abusive person.
Think twice before calling!!! I got it changed in 25 minutes for $60.

My daughter called us when her Honda CRV just stalled in the middle of the road. As my husband ran to the rescue and realized a tow was needed- I decided to call a tow company. Fast 5 answered right away, they were immediately available and very fair with pricing. They arrived quickly and loaded the car carefully. The driver took the car to our mechanic shop and allowed my husband to get himself and my daughter home. We alerted the mechanic to expect the vehicle. Fast 5 arrived on time and even sent a text with a picture and verified who they left the keys with to verify the delivery of the vehicle

Sam was great!! My car gave out on me in the heart of rush hour. I called Sam, he told me how long I would wait and text me with updates on arrival time. Once he arrived he was very nice and respectful!! I told him the shop to drop off he took a picture of the car in front of the shop to let me know it was there.

Thanks sam. Your a life saver. I drove from temecula with a family of 8 an when i arrived in san diego my car transmission went out. In the midst of the stressful, grueling, and miserable process of having car troubles far from home and needing a tow, Fast 5 -and more specifically, Sam- was a bright light that made the whole experience way more bearable.
Sam was prompt and helpful once he arrived. I had my dog with me, and he made sure he was safe and comfortable in his truck. On the way back, Sam was relatable, funny, and took my mind off the otherwise unfortunate situation.

This is the first towing company I called when my BMW M-Roadster broke down. First he asked me how I got the number, next he asked where I was, then he asked where I wanted to go. I needed to go 8-9 miles to Euro Autospot in Miramar. Suddenly he said sorry that he was closed at 10pm and then he correct himself and said at 9:45pm. It was 9:43 when we started talking and his info says they are open until 11:45pm. It was obvious that the 8-9 miles was not worth his time so he left me there stranded near Convoy Street. Do not call this service. I called another company and they came right away

My car broke down in San Diego and I used this service to tow my car back to where I live in San Bernardino County. This tow company is awesome!! I was expecting the usual hours wait that a lot of tow services give you. They came in less than an hour.
