Called to inquire about viewings on a place where the employee answering the phone was unenthusiastic and had an attitude the entire phone call. I will never be inquiring about another place with them as long as this is the type of customer service they give. If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Wow I would vote no stars if I could. Ive been recently forced into homelessness. I'm trying to work through it and move on. I've spent all I had buying a trailer and need somewhere to put it. I live in a tent right now and it's getting cold. The seller pressures me to get it moved, the movers pressure me for a moving date,all while I get annoyingly ignored by Jacoby. They had me proccessed last week and all was fine, they wouldn't move forward until I met the on site mgr, who wasn't returning my calls and was never there when I went. So it started to get to me.
