First time visiting CustomEyes (Roscoe) today. The exam was quick and painless. Love the new technology that prevents the need to dilate your eyes. My optician, Speed Best, took the time and had the expertise to match new frames to my face shape and personality. Overall, a GREAT experience. I highly recommend checking this team out!

I scheduled an eye exam nearly a month prior to my visit. I inquired as to whether or not my insurance was accepted, and was told it was. When I arrived for my exam, I was greeted very “awkwardly” almost as if they didn’t expect me to be a customer. After introducing myself (you think staff would initiate the greeting) I was informed that they “sent me a text message” stating my insurance wasn’t accepted a few days prior. The message was filtered into my spam messages.
The receptionist simply goes “sorry you had to come all of this way” she didn’t ask if I would like to proceed

Great place. They have the friendliest staff and they are always running on time. They are great with the whole family. I take both of my kids in and it's such a laid back and friendly atmosphere. Dr. Jen Cameron is the best. I can't recommend highly enough!

I have been going to Custom Eyes (originally on Southport) since 2003! I have also been bringing my now 14 year old here since he was 2. They have always been very patient and accommodating when he's broken or bent his frames.

We love CustomEyes and have been trusting our eyes to the ladies at Roscoe for ages. Dr. Jen takes time to explain exam results and is personally invested in your eye health, while Nicole and the store staff make the best suggestions on lenses, fit and a wide selection of frames. Knowledgeable, freindly and fun.

Nicole and the team are wonderful. Our entire family has been loyal customers for years. Every time we go in for exams and/or new glasses or contacts they are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Our youngest son was continually breaking his glasses and they were very helpful in fixing whenever possible and ultimately recommending glasses that would be more durable in the longer term.

I first chose this place because it was walking distance from where I lived. After my first visit, I swore I'd never go anywhere else. They're extremely attentive and the receptionist Nicole goes above and beyond. She gives you honest criticism on your frame choices steering you towards what looks best, not what's most expensive. She also takes her time with helping you. I never felt rushed or like I was a nuisance taking so long to pick out frames. Their frames are fantastic, by the way. The doctors are also super nice. I moved 4 years ago to the burbs and still drive the 35 miles to get my eyes
