At first I was going to put a 5* but when I opened my TV box that was packed very well I noticed it was cracked and you can tell it was pushed up against something hard. I was moved on the third floor so I understand we as humans get tired but that is when you should be extra careful. I don’t fault both guys I saw how one guy was not being extra careful and boxes were labeled to know what was fragile. Today is Oct 14th and I will be going to there location in the morning. Insult to injury I tipped both guys and this is how I was treated. I am very pissed off and I told the gentleman when I paid

They broke my dresser during the move, and were kind and reassured me that I would be contacted and someone would repair or buy me a new one. I called various numbers over 30 times & got no response. It's completely unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend them. The movers themselves were good, kind people. They did take twice the amount of time to drive to my new place & it ate into my hours, but other than that the workers were fine.

They showed up two hours early and I had not finished prepping for them. Their boss agreed not to charge me for the additional time. The two young men were very professional and efficient. My only issue was they didn't bring face coverings but I wore mine so it was fine. One told me he had had covid and the other said a close relative died from it so I was surprised that they were not protecting themselves. They did a good job overall.

I was searching for a professional customer service oriented moving company to facilitate a move for me. Due to the lack of professionalism demonstrated by the young lady I spoke with. I WOULD NOT DARE USE THIS COMPANY, or recommend my family or colleagues to do so. I work in the real estate mortgage industry, and I can assure you this company will not be on my recommendation list. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I wish i could give 0 stars. I've moved with them before and planned to use them again, this time it was Overall terrible customer service. They had my move out date wrong as well as no confirmation for times they would be coming to help move. I had to call several times and would go straight to voicemail. I called to cancel after realizing how unprofessional everything was just for the office lady to hang up the phone on me. My sister and her husband were recommended this company and booked weeks in advance only to later find that whoever made the appointment didn’t officially pencil them in. So instead of having their belongings moved my professionals, my father and brother help move everything last minute. This was the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard and so incredibly unprofessional. They offered nothing to my sister and her husband, but sorry excuses.

DO NOT USE THEM!! I booked 18 days ahead with and the receptionist never sent my confirmation after I asked her to. She gave me an exact quote, her name, she even took down my email address, name, phone number, credit card info and Groupon info. Once the moving day came the movers never showed up. I called them for an hour and a half every ten minutes and they never picked up or returned my call. When they finally returned a call they returned my husband’s one missed call as opposed to my seven missed calls. The same receptionist couldn’t find any of our information and said we never booked

These movers broke my bookshelf that belong to my deceased mother. They also damaged my nightstand from Ashley’s. They were handing my furniture over the balcony. It was ok for the bags but furniture really. They sent an older guy and a woman to move me!!! They took five hours to move a one bedroom apartment. They only took off $100. It’s really sad that people treat others how they wouldn’t want to be treated.

This place is a joke we told there dispatch exactly what we had to move and she scheduled the service. Movers showed up late and only moved about 40% of our stuff because it was so late. The dispatcher on the phone got an attitude with my wife and said it was our fault for the inconvenience. We were completely transparent with the description of everything we had when scheduling. The driver put us in contact with her boss and he said he would reach back out to us the next morning to complete the move and heard nothing. I not only spent over $650 to move less then half our stuff. But had to rent

LAZY movers, bad attitude and they just throw your items on the truck like it's nothing. Several items were damaged and you can forget about filing a claim for them.. They DON'T know how to disassemble furniture and they are VERY lazy. Go with this company only if you want your items damaged with no quality customer service. I usually don't leave reviews but there guys were terrible and this isn't the first time we have moved but definitely our first review.

Worst moving experience!!! Took double the amount of time..6 hours instead of 3. Ruined every panel on my refrigerator and tore multiple holes in my brand new recliner. They say they filed a damage claim and that I have to wait 90 days. It's been 120 days and I've been trying to get ahold of someone to get this resolved for a month now. No calls, no response to emails!!!!!

Used these movers to move from Dallas to McKinney. The two movers arrived on time and one of them immediately asked to use the restroom. He was in there almost half and hour, luckily the other one was wrapping. After a while into them disassembling my bedroom furniture my friend and I started to smell some foul odor. Once we mentioned it to each other we realized it was one of the movers. We tried to ignore it but the smell got so bad we had to turn the fans on and lower the A/C. They did damage some of my bedroom furniture. They were moving so slow my friend and I had to help them unload

My furniture was damaged during the move. The movers did not know proper protocol to get my furniture fixed, and when I called the office, it took days to hear back from anyone. I sent on pictures of my damaged dresser and I still haven't heard anything on who will fix it and when. I moved three weeks ago and my dresser is still laying on its side, the way the movers left it. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Sean and Devin were great! They arrived at 1:45 for the 12-4 window. They called 25 minutes before arriving to give me a heads up. I was moving from a one bedroom apartment to a room in a house a few minutes away. So it was a small move, but they worked quickly and took care with all of my belongings. They were done by 3:20.
It was their third move of the day with temps over 95, but they never complained and were completely professional!
I also appreciated how quick your customer service team was to respond to my initial call to set up an appointment and a subsequent call to change my appointment
