The human eye is the organ of sight closely related to the brain and is best compared to a camera. Like a sophisticated camera, the eye has multiple discrete parts which must function together properly to produce clear vision. The function of the eye is to convert light into an electro-chemical signal, which is then transmitted to the brain through the optic nerve.
Astigmatism is a common eye condition that is corrected by eyeglasses, contact lenses, or surgery. Astigmatism is characterized by unequal curvatures of the cornea. Astigmatism can occur in nearsighted, farsighted persons, or can be found alone, in all cases it results in blurry vision. A person's cornea is spherical in shape amd when light enters the eye, the cornea refracts or bends light creating a clear image of the object.

1st - they have an amazing selection of frames! I feel like a kid in a candy store every time
2nd - I rushed to get there right before closing time to put an order in as I lost my glasses and they had my most recent prescription. They took me in with just a few mins before closing and allowed me to get my glasses. Given, I did not make it impossible for them either and just went for my exact same pair, but they were very nice in taking me in and sending my order!!
3rd - BOTH times (with and then without insurance) they have given me a nice discount!! Now I just hope my order to be ready soon

I’ve been a customer for years. I got my first pair of glasses here and Hanoi has been a doll for years, and so kind. But, today the first time I don’t see her here it was the worst experience I have event been through. I called Friday asking if they had an appointment for today Saturday. The young lady said unfortunately no but would check her appointment list, magically a 2:00pm slot opened up. I run late today called asked if they will still take me the lady on the phone says yes to still come in, I show up, walk in with 2 other people she skips me over attends to one of the two gentlemen

Scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. I show up for my appointment just to be told that my appointment was cancelled and that someone was supposed to call me and I never received a call. Someone else was there with an appointment and they told them they same thing. The workers tried blaming each other to see who was supposed to call to cancel appointments. Extremely unprofessional
