Our mission is to create a place not just for the physical practice of yoga, but to incorporate the "yogic lifestyle". With that said, we plan to offer massage, reflexology, essential oils, vegetarian cooking demonstration classes, workshops, informational lectures, retail merchandise, and much more.
The temperature in studio ranges depending on heat outside we like to keep studio between 76-82 degrees. We also gauge the temperature in the studio by the clients and honor requests to raise or lower temperature in the room. Our instructor Courtney is really good about adjusting his classes towards yoga student's needs.
This class moves from breathing, sun salutations, to postures that will focus on alignment. Release chronic tension through the foundation of your body, focusing on the abdomen, lower back, & buttocks. Join us and improve postural alignment, abdominal & back strength, and flexibility.
This All Level class is a period of blending internal and external practices around a core of yoga, resulting in improved flow and a greater sense of wholeness, peace, and balance.Give yourself this time for unwinding, balancing, and enhancing your energy and awareness. This 90-minute class is a nice balance of yoga asanas and meditation.

Courtney is the best yoga instructor you will find. He is authentic in his teachings and practice. Many yoga studios have westernized themselves, which takes away from the true teachings and spirituality of yoga, his practice does not do this. Courtney helps many people who have disability/pain/anxiety, etc. He is a genuine person who deeply cares about the art of yoga and the people who come to his studio.
