There is nothing more annoying then getting off of work and into your brand new car and it will not start. On top of that it is in a place where if you don't have towed then someone else will. Thank goodness for JAZZ Towing! Highly professional, quick and comforting throughout my whole ordeal. Eddie went above and beyond to help me in my situation. I was dealing with bad service from my insurance company’s roadsides assistance (multiple tow trucks didn’t show up) and he stepped up for me. Eddie was here on time and kept in contact with me through out the whole process. Great quality company. Will be looking to use their services again!

Jazz Towing is the best and easiest tow company I have ever used. Eddie was friendly and experienced in unconventional situations. We had made arrangements in our area to have our vehicle transported to our home in another state. Only problem was our vehicle was not running and they were unable to get their truck near enough to load and still be able to turn around. The car would need to be towed to an area where the truck was able to turn around. Eddie to the rescue! He was willing to tow the vehicle to one of his lots where all would be possible. Jeep broke down during the worst traffic hour. JAZZ to the rescue!!! Immediately took my info, prompt communication exchange pinpointing my location, and delivered on what they promised. Not to mention the response time was under an hour while others either could not help due to excuses or were 3-4 hours out from even taking my info. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JAZZ TOWING.

Our big Ram 2500 broke down at home in the garage. We needed a tow to our mechanic. I left two messages with another five star rated service provider and never got a call back. Lucky for me because Jazz Towing was GREAT!
Not only does someone answer the phone, we talked to someone who knew what questions to ask to get the job done right. Since the truck was in my garage and the way my home/driveway/fence is configured (also with horse trailer taking up some space), he asked me to send some photos so he could make sure to have the right equipment.

This is the place to call if you have an issue! I ran into an unfortunate situation where keys were locked in a truck that was blocking a business entrance. Jazz Towing actually answered the phone, gave me a price and called me back with an ETA. The driver beat the ETA and had the truck's door open in moments. Props to these guys for being honest, fairly priced and punctual!

No one wants to have to deal with getting their car towed but if you need to have it done I would highly recommend Jazz Towing. I originally spoke with Eddie and he was very helpful and supportive. He explained my options and also gave me a very reasonable quote.
Eddie sent Ivan out with a flatbed tow truck and Ivan was great. There are some issues with Toyota Prius hybrids and getting them to go into neutral when the battery is dead but Ivan fixed that problem. I followed Ivan to the Toyota dealer in another car and he drove very safely along the way.

I called Jazz Towing and Eddie (owner) answered. I told him my situation and he gave me a time that better than I was expecting and a price very reasonable. When he arrived with his vehicle he was very professional and polite. He delivered my vehicle to the mechanic with care. Thursday my daughter was in a car accident. I called several other tow companies with 4+ stars on Yelp. Most did not even answer their phone, and one told me they were too busy. Great experience from Jazz Towing this evening. I was at a gas station in Renton and my car would not start. I figured it was a bad battery. A few seconds later Eddie drives up in his tow truck to get gas right next to me. I think he was sent by the Lord. A few seconds later he gave me a jump and I was on my way with a big smile on my face. Now I'm going to put his info in my contact list and if I ever need a jump or a tow or know anybody that does Eddie will get my business thank you so much.

I called Eddie to help with a GT-R on my property here in Bellevue. Found him on google saw good reviews though I'd give it a shot since it was a GT-R. He was quick to respond. Was extremely friendly and his attention to details on pulling cars up is excellent (not smashing your bumper!)
I'll for sure be calling him back for future service.

Eddie came through clutch towing my bfs Acura TSX last night. The car is lowered, normally sits about 4 inches from the ground. The passenger side wheel bearing, control arm, etc.. busted making the car sit even lower. Eddie was quick witted, honest and efficient. He got the car onto the flat bed slowly and with minimal damage (due to the initial issue, it was unavoidable). We are extremely grateful for the level of professionalism shown and 100% recommmend Jazz Towing.
Oh and the best part is that another company was initially called out and denied the order because of the potential liability
